| Company Introduction | 广东嘉应制药股份有限公司（简称嘉应制药）是一家集研发、生产与销售于一体的中成药制药上市公司（股票代码：002198）。公司成立于2003年，前身为梅州制药厂，于2007年12月在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市。公司先后荣获“中国骨伤科药品定点生产企业”、“中国骨伤科团体理事单位”、广东省医药行业协会“中药饮片加工·中成药制造20强企业”、“广东省高新技术企业”、“广东省诚信示范企业”、“广东省守合同重信用企业”、“广东省食品医药行业科技质量工作先进单位”并多次荣获“梅州市先进民营企业”等荣誉。 嘉应制药在广东省梅州市与湖南省长沙市均设立药品研发、生产、销售基地，拥有5种剂型、70多个药品批准文号，产品涵盖咽喉、感冒、骨科、风湿、妇科、肝胆、补益、肠胃等多个治疗领域。主要以双料喉风散与接骨七厘片为核心产品。其中，双料喉风散曾被评为国家二级中药保护品种、获得国家医药总局优质产品银质奖，于2008年取得香港中成药注册证书，其秘方于2010年被评为广东省岭南中药文化遗产；接骨七厘片作为全国独家生产的品种，入选国家基药目录和医保目录。协同发展重感灵片、固精参茸丸、吐泻肚痛胶囊、陈夏六君子丸、胃痛片、消炎利胆片等产品。 公司在全国多个省会城市设立营销办事处，与众多医药公司和医疗机构建立了较为稳定的合作关系；与多所大学和科研院所建立了产学研协同创新合作关系。近年来，公司积极推动研发创新，与湖南中医药大学、易能生物等机构签署新药项目战略合作协议，共同推进中药创新药的研发与产业化落地。2025年，公司获得“嘉应牌”广东老字号等称号，并在香港主办了客药历史文化研讨会和双料喉风散产品推介会，启动出海计划，逐步推动客家医药文化的传播与国际交流。 未来，嘉应制药将秉承“振兴民族中医药事业”的企业使命，在传承传统中医药精华的基础上持续推动产品创新与品牌建设，保持企业的可持续发展，成为具有竞争力的医药企业。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
