Company Introduction 中国航空工业集团有限公司（简称“航空工业集团”）是由中央管理的国有特大型企业，经营范围涵盖航空武器装备、军用运输类飞机、直升机、机载系统、通用航空、航空研究、飞行试验、航空供应链与军贸、专用装备、汽车零部件、资产管理、金融、工程建设等产业，下辖100余家成员单位、26家上市公司，员工逾40万人。航空工业被誉为“现代工业之花、制造业的皇冠”，是一个国家科技、经济、国防实力和工业化水平的重要标志。70余年来，中国航空工业从无到有、从小到大、从弱到强，形成了专业门类齐全，科研、试验、生产相配套，具备研制生产当代先进航空装备能力的高科技工业体系，实现了航空装备从第三代到第四代、从机械化到信息化、从陆基到海基、从中小型到大中型、从有人到无人的跨越，实现了对世界强者从望尘莫及到同台竞技的跨越，实现了我国民机产业从蹒跚起步到振翅欲飞的跨越，实现了航空科技研发从亦步亦趋到自主创新的跨越。 航空工业沈飞坐落于沈水之滨、昭陵园畔，是以航空产品制造为核心主业，集科研、生产、试验、试飞、服务保障为一体的大型现代化飞机制造企业，占地面积近400万平方米，是中国航空工业集团有限公司骨干企业之一。公司创建于1951年6月29日，是我国第一个五年计划156项重点工程之一，作为我国航空工业的重要发祥地，先后包建、援建了10余个航空工厂，对外输送人才26000余人，被誉为“中国歼击机摇篮”。毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛、习近平等党和国家几代领导人先后亲临视察，对公司发展给予高度重视和亲切关怀。 在军用航空装备方面，先后研制生产了40余种型号数千架歼击机装备部队，填补了一系列国防建设的空白，谱写了我国航空工业发展的恢宏篇章，特别是公司研制生产的我国第一型舰载歼击机歼15飞机，使我国固定翼航空武器装备实现了陆基向海基的重大突破。近年来，公司始终牢记习近平总书记亲临视察勉励重托，聚力推动我国航空武器装备实现跨越式、体系化发展，歼16、歼16D飞机等一大批先进装备陆续列装部队，持续形成新质战斗力，彰显了新时代中国力量。 在民用航空装备方面，1985年以来与空客、波音等国际著名航空企业建立了良好的合作关系，广泛开展民机转包生产项目合作，向10余个国家和地区的航空制造企业提供民机产品，特别是以风险合作伙伴模式从设计阶段参与空客A220飞机研制，开启了公司民机产业深化国际合作的新篇章。同时，全力参与和保障C919、ARJ21、C929等飞机的研发设计与配套供应，为国产民机事业发展提供了坚实支撑。 迈进新时代，公司始终牢记贯彻习近平总书记重要指示批示精神，锚定航空强国战略部署，不断探索高质量发展有效途径，纵深推进改革创新，加速建设一流企业，阔步迈向“三四五”发展目标。近年来，公司航空产业蓬勃发展，装备建设屡创历史，经营业绩持续向好，整体实力不断增强，“中国歼击机摇篮”在新时代开启了跨越腾飞新局面。 公司先后荣获“全国模范劳动关系和谐企业”“中国企业信息化500强”“全国质量效益型先进企业”“全国文明单位”“中国质量鼎”“中国工业大奖”“高新技术企业”“全国智能制造示范工厂”“中国上市公司投资者关系天马奖”等千余项荣誉称号，特别是在中国共产党成立百年之际，公司党委被党中央授予“全国先进基层党组织”称号。在党的二十大胜利闭幕不久，习近平总书记回信公司“罗阳青年突击队”，给予巨大勉励、寄予殷切期望、赋予信任重托。 航空工业的发展反映出一个民族的能力，更是一个国家兴旺发达的标志。站在发展的新起点，我们将坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入落实中国航空工业集团发展战略，大力弘扬新时代航空报国精神、罗阳精神，着力提高核心竞争力、增强核心功能，为实现建军一百年奋斗目标和中国式现代化贡献航空力量。 志合者，不以山海为远。我们真诚期盼与有志于国家航空工业建设的国内外企业携手合作，为国家国防建设和经济发展作出新的更大贡献。
