Company Introduction 上海九百股份有限公司前身为创建于1939年的百乐商场。1966年12月，经上海市百货公司批准定名为上海市第九百货商店。1993年10月，经上海市人民政府财贸办公室沪府财贸（93）第318号和上海市证券管理办公室沪证办1993（122）号批准，以募集方式设立“上海市第九百货商店股份有限公司”，并向社会公开发行股票。1994年2月24日，本公司股票在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，证券代码600838。1999年6月29日，公司更名为“上海九百股份有限公司”。 公司旗下全资子公司“上海正章洗染有限公司”深耕百年“中华老字号”品牌，以洗染服务及洗涤化工产品生产与销售为特色，不断提升服务能级，积极投入新品研发，做好老字号品牌的传承焕新；全资子公司“上海九百中糖酒业有限公司”于上半年更名为“上海九百中唐商业发展有限公司”，在做好“名特优”酒类业务的基础上，进一步丰富业务领域，强化经营。 公司参股投资的“上海九百城市广场有限公司”及商贸零售企业“上海久光百货有限公司”自开业以来，经营业绩持续稳健发展，成为静安寺商圈地标性商业百货，长期以来为公司贡献了较为稳定且丰厚的投资收益和现金流，已成为公司利润的主要来源。公司通过在静安寺、南京西路等核心商圈自有和拥有长期使用权的商业物业，积极打造高品质商业生态圈，提升物业能级和含金量，取得长期而稳定的收益。
