Company Introduction 南极电商股份有限公司是以化纤纺丝、织造为主业,印染、服装、纺织助剂、贸易等多元发展的综合性股份制企业,在2004-2005 年度、2005-2006 年度中国纺织工业协会组织的全行业竞争力综合测评中,本公司连续两年入围"中国丝绸行业竞争力前十强".根据中国纺织工业协会的统计,本公司2004、2005年度均进入"中国丝绸行业销售收入前十名",分别名列第6和第7名。 2016年1月20日公司完成借壳上市后主营业务变更为千万家小微电商及供应商提供品牌授权服务、电商生态综合服务、柔性供应链园区服务，并经营货品销售业务的现代综合服务商。
Main Business 以电商渠道为主，基于品牌授权业务，整合供应链上、中、下游资源，向产业链提供高效率的产业服务，向消费者提供高性价比的产品。
