| Company Introduction | 浙江康盛股份有限公司成立于2002年，于2010年6月在深圳证券交易所上市，股票简称“康盛股份”，股票代码“002418”。康盛股份总部位于浙江省杭州市淳安县千岛湖，业务遍布全球二十多个国家和地区，生产基地分布于浙江杭州、四川成都及绵阳、山东青岛、江苏徐州及扬州、安徽合肥及六安、重庆、江西鹰潭、广东佛山、辽宁沈阳等地，现拥有超过3000名员工。 康盛股份于2024年4月24日召开第六届董事会第十一次会议，审议通过了《关于推进液冷、铜合金板块发展及制定公司“一主两翼”战略布局的议案》。基于公司长远发展及可持续发展的考量，结合当前的经营状况、外部环境变化以及近三年的布局，经公司经营管理层提议，并经公司董事会战略委员会及第六届董事会第十一次会议审议通过，决定对公司战略做出相应调整，由原先“家电和汽车双主业，稳家电，强汽车”的经营模式转变为“以家电为主业，大力拓展液冷业务和合金业务，形成一主两翼”的全新战略布局，以适应市场的新需求，迎接新挑战。 “一主”，即坚持以家电为主，继续巩固公司在制冷管路及配件行业的领先地位，稳健发展家电板块不动摇，同时加大研发新产品力度，拓展与核心客户在新品业务上的合作。未来，康盛股份家电板块将坚持稳中求进，以高质量发展为指引，通过产品、市场和利润三大方面的突破，加强研发创新，提升服务质量，打造行业领先的产业生态平台，实现企业的持续、稳健和安全发展。 “一翼”，为公司在热管理领域经多年实践成功孵化的液冷板块，业务主体为北京云创智达科技有限公司。液冷业务通过全链条的浸没式液冷解决方案，助力数据中心与储能等领域实现节能降耗，大幅降低运行成本，满足高密度机柜、智算中心、大容量电芯等关键环节的高散热需求。以微通道技术、冷板技术、浸没式液冷技术为核心基石，致力于发展制冷（热）设备、数据中心、新能源汽车、储能电站等领域的热管理设备及系统集成业务，提供温控领域的全方位解决方案。逐步将自身打造成为细分领域的主力军和领跑者。 “一翼”，为子公司贵溪美藤电工有限公司为主体的铜合金业务，是康盛股份在铜精细加工产业上的重要布局和投资，美藤电工专注于高端铜合金材料的技术研发、熔炼制造，其产品包括镁铜合金、锡铜合金、银铜合金、无氧铜等多元合金材料，可广泛应用于汽车、医疗、通讯、机器人、铁路等领域的高端导体线材。贵溪美藤致力于保障国内超细合金铜线材的持续供给，减少对外依赖，通过自主创新，为国内高端制造行业如新能源汽车、军工、航空航天、医疗及消费电子等提供关键材料支持，目标是将美藤电工打造为国内高端超细线材料的领军企业。 在新的发展战略下，“一主”将发挥引领作用，“两翼”则提供强大驱动力，共同推动上市公司的高质量发展。 公司计划在未来一年内快速发展新业务，使液冷与铜合金板块成为提升康盛股份盈利能力的核心业务，并力争完成汽车板块引入战略投资者以及产业调整事宜，全面提升汽车板块的市场竞争力和盈利能力，实现可持续发展，使其成为康盛的另“一翼”关键引擎。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
