Company Introduction 公司是以生产精细化工产品为主的综合性化工企业，主要从事AC发泡剂、氯化亚砜、氯碱、水合肼及双氧水等化工产品的研发、生产和销售。AC发泡剂是一种性能优越的发泡剂。AC发泡剂主要用于聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、天然橡胶及合成橡胶等材料的常压发泡或加压发泡，还用于面粉改良剂、熏蒸剂和安全气囊的产气剂等。AC发泡剂广泛应用于制鞋、制革、建材、家电等行业，由于AC发泡剂的优越性能，近年来AC发泡剂被应用于橡塑保温材料、汽车内饰等新型环保、节能材料行业，市场前景广阔。氯化亚砜是一种重要的化工中间体，在染料、医药、农药等行业中具有广泛的用途。近年来氯化亚砜的应用方法不断创新，目前氯化亚砜已被用于三氯蔗糖的制备等食品添加剂行业和锂电池的生产等新能源行业，下游应用领域不断拓展，市场前景十分广阔。烧碱是极常用的碱，广泛应用于污水处理剂、基本分析试剂、配制分析用标准碱液、制造其它含氢氧根离子的试剂等，在造纸、印染、废水处理、电镀、化工钻探方面均有重要用途。公司所生产的烧碱主要用于制备次氯酸钠，进而生产AC发泡剂。水合肼是一种无机化合物，其作为一种重要的精细化工原料，主要用于合成ADC、D1PA、TSH发泡剂，也用作锅炉和反应釜的脱氧和脱二氧化碳的清洗处理剂等。水合肼及其衍生物在许多工业应用中得到广泛的使用，如化学产品、医药产品、农化产品、水处理等用作还原剂、抗氧剂，用于制取医药、发泡剂等。双氧水是重要的氧化剂、漂白剂、消毒剂和脱氯剂，主要用于造纸、纺织、化工、环保等应用领域，其它新的用途仍在不断扩展。作为“绿色化学品”，双氧水在各行业的应用，已受到世界各国的广泛关注，市场前景广阔。 2023年上半年，国内经济复苏缓慢且未达预期，AC发泡剂主力下游行业-房地产及鞋革等轻纺制造等行情疲软，市场需求不振，叠加市场激烈竞争因素，AC发泡剂产品价格呈较大幅度地下跌趋势。公司具备AC发泡剂8万吨的年产能力，产销情况在行业内位列第二。报告期内，公司在保障AC发泡剂产品产能稳定的基础上，合理调整相应的销售策略，始终将重点集中于终端客户，加强与客户之间的战略合作关系，稳定公司产品销售。今后公司将不断开发先进技术，改进生产工艺，降低生产成本；另一方面实现产品多样化、差异化和高端化发展。与此同时，公司将继续充分发挥“内贸和外贸”的营销优势，通过国际会展等方式进一步提升公司产品的国际品牌形象，扩大AC产品出口。
