Company Introduction 公司是由东方嘉盛有限于2009年6月26日采用整体变更方式设立的股份有限公司。2009年6月4日，公司前身东方嘉盛有限公司股东邓阳、孙卫平、汪秀芬、王学凤、彭建中、张光辉、汤国珍、陈石云、朱叶清、李建军、杨素萍、江晓心、何清华、何一鸣、田卉、赵小平、苏建平、卫洧、夏者羽、黄艳丽、黄鹂、邓建民、黄勇、张雪绒、潘志生、李木森、梁高丰、李明等28名自然人作为发起人签订《发起人协议》，同意东方嘉盛有限公司整体变更设立为股份有限公司，由其以截至2008年12月31日经审计的净资产值187,439,804.66元按1：0.5335的折股比例将有限公司的净资产折为股份有限公司的股份10,000万股，每股面值人民币1元，余额87,439,804.66元计入公司资本公积金。各发起人按照各自在东方嘉盛有限公司所占注册资本比例，划分对股份有限公司的股权比例。2009年6月26日，本公司在深圳市工商行政管理局登记注册，注册资本为10,000万元。 公司经营范围：一般经营项目：国内贸易（不含专营、专控、专卖商品）；国际货运代理；经营进出口业务（法律、行政法规、国务院决定禁止的项目除外，限制的项目须取得许可后方可经营）；投资兴办实业（具体项目另行申报）；提供展览服务（不含限制项目）；网上贸易（不含专营、专控、专卖商品）；初级农产品的销售；药品的批发、零售及进出口；仪器、实验室设备的批发、零售及进出口；生物技术制品的批发、零售及进出口；肥料、农药的销售。许可经营项目：普通货运；仓储物流；家畜冷冻制品的销售；乳制品的批发和零售。（依法须经批准的项目，经相关部门批准后方可开展经营活动） 公司的主营业务是提供综合供应链管理服务。公司依托先进的供应链管理理念与技术体系，结合客户经营模式和多样而复杂的需求，设计并实施供应链解决方案，为客户提供包括原材料、零部件及产成品采购、订单及合同管理、进出口代理、运输、库存管理、信息技术管理、产成品分销、资金结算等服务在内的一体化供应链管理服务。
