| Company Introduction | 公司主要从事高分子复合遮阳材料（阳光面料）产品的研发、生产和销售。公司的主要产品是由高强度涤纶丝或者玻璃纤维丝为芯线、外部均匀包覆高分子复合材料后经织造、定型工艺而成，具有节能、环保、耐久、阻燃等优点，公司产品高分子复合遮阳材料符合国家战略性新兴产业发展方向，属于国家大力鼓励发展的新材料行业，其产品用于建筑遮阳，具有双效节能效果，可以大幅降低空调用电和照明用电。同时可以广泛应用于建筑工程行业以及其他工业用纺织品。 公司在发展过程中，不断整合化工、单丝复合、织造、材料热处理等领域的技术，公司拥有独立的核心技术和专利，独立开发出众多高分子复合遮阳新材料，打破了国外企业在此领域的垄断地位，产品替代进口并大量出口，另外开发出4项创新型的高分子复合遮阳新材料新产品。公司具有独立自主开发的核心生产技术，具有持续的创新能力，保证了公司持续的高速成长，公司产品市场容量巨大，可以保证公司的持续成长空间。公司具有核心市场竞争优势，在我国高分子复合遮阳材料的制造行业中具有较为突出的行业地位。 公司的遮阳成品主要通过澳大利亚客户销售，主要客户公司主要通过开设门店和展示厅供客户参观咨询，并通过销售代表、提供产品图册等方式进行销售推介。零售客户通过咨询后选择所需的产品，主要客户公司销售人员根据零售客户所选产品类型，通过零售客户提供或者员工上门实测的方式确定所需采购数量，进而形成最终的报价，并就价格与零售客户达成一致。主要客户公司各门店根据零售客户采购需求由零售客户预先支付一部分订金后形成产品订单，然后将订单数据传输至公司进行生产、加工或者组装，公司工厂将成品发送至相应的门店，主要客户公司根据零售客户的需要提供配送、安装等服务，待零售客户验收货物后结清剩余货款。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
