Company Introduction 北京同仁堂股份有限公司是中药行业著名的老字号,创建于1669年(清康熙八年),目前公司在A股和H股两地上市.公司以制造、加工、销售中成药为主业,目前,已形成位于大兴、亦庄、刘家窑、通州、昌平五个生产基地组成的生产制剂群,年产中成药约21个剂型、400余种,主要产品有牛黄清心丸、安宫牛黄丸、大活络丸、国公酒等中成药.公司连锁门店、各地分店以及遍布各大商场的店中店600余家,海外合资公司、门店20家.2004年同仁堂投资1.5亿港元设立的境外生产基地--同仁堂国药有限公司于2005年底通过了GMP认证,为实现生产、研发和营销的国际化打下了良好基础.2007年,同仁堂则开始在马来西亚、越南等地开启了海外开店计划。
