Company Introduction 永泰能源股份有限公司是一家主营煤炭开采的企业，公司目前的煤炭产品全部为焦煤及其配煤。2012年，公司成功收购银源煤焦公司和康伟集团，进一步加强了公司焦煤资源储备，巩固了市场地位。目前，公司焦煤及配焦煤总产能规模为1,080万吨/年，资源保有储量7.24亿吨，优质动力煤总产能规模为600万吨/年，资源保有储量11.44亿吨，具有较强的资源优势。随着公司对贵州页岩气项目后续勘探与开发以及江苏、陕西发电项目的逐步推进，公司现已形成“煤、电、气”三大能源产业发展格局。在煤炭产业板块不断壮大和巩固的同时，页岩气板块和电力板块将为公司未来的发展提供强而有力的后续支持，成为公司未来培育和发展的新利润增长点。
