Company Introduction 中闽能源股份有限公司是福建投资集团控股的国有上市公司，成立于1998年5月，股票代码SH600163，证券简称“中闽能源”。 公司建立了符合国家有关法律法规的公司治理架构和完整、有效的运行机制。公司下辖中闽（福清）风电有限公司、中闽（连江）风电有限公司、中闽（平潭）风电有限公司、中闽（哈密）能源有限公司、黑龙江富龙风力发电有限责任公司、黑龙江富龙风能科技开发有限责任公司、中闽（富锦）生物质热电有限公司、福建中闽海上风电有限公司、中闽（福清）光伏发电有限公司9家二级子公司和中闽（平潭）新能源有限公司1家三级子公司。 公司经营范围包括风力发电，对能源业的投资，电力生产，电气安装，工程咨询，建筑材料、机电设备销售，机械设备租赁。目前主要专注于风能、太阳能、生物质能等清洁能源的开发建设，已相继建成和并购14个陆上风电场、2个海上风电场和1个光伏电站、1个生物质热电厂，投产装机容量957.3MW，在福建沿海、新疆、黑龙江等区域储备了一批风光电资源项目，并投资参与福建省电动汽车充换电基础设施建设，具有较强的持续开发能力、丰富的建设运营经验、专业的管理人才团队、较高的生产运营效率和良好的企业品牌形象。 迄今公司已向社会提供清洁电能177亿千瓦时，与燃煤电厂同等发电量相比，可节约标准煤621万吨，减少CO2排放1547万吨、SO2排放47万吨、NOx排放23万吨、烟尘排放422万吨，改善空气质量，助力“清新福建”能源结构转型和绿色低碳发展，实现经济效益、社会效益和生态效益共赢。 公司始终坚持绿色发展理念，认真践行习近平总书记生态文明思想，聚焦碳达峰、碳中和目标，抓紧国家可再生能源发展的战略机遇，坚持资源开发与生态保护并重，坚持多电并举、自建与并购结合，不断做大做强可再生能源主业，努力把公司建成资产质量优良、成长性良好、品牌效应显著的“一流清洁能源企业”，持续向社会提供优质的绿色能源，为国家节能减排做出积极贡献，为股东持续创造价值。
