Company Introduction 民丰特种纸股份有限公司（以下简称民丰）位于浙江北部杭嘉湖平原的嘉兴市。 民丰前身——“禾丰造纸公司”于1923年由嘉兴籍著名爱国人士褚辅成先生创立。她是国内最早的民族造纸企业之一。1930年，禾丰造纸公司改组，由实业资本家竺梅先接办禾丰造纸公司，并更名为“民丰造纸股份有限公司”。注册地在上海，同年注册了“船”牌产品商标。商标名沿用至今。公司初期的产品主要是白纸板、青灰纸板、黄纸板。 改革开放以来，民丰以提高经济效益为中心，积极推进国企改革，生产经营和各项工作都取得了新的成绩，产量质量稳步提高，经济效益显著增长。 1992年，民丰全面实施转换经营机制、深化改革的总体方案，逐步建立起“一厂多制、分层经营；一业为主、多种经营”的体制。同年8月，浙江省计经委批准成立民丰集团。1997年，民丰集团公司按照建立现代企业制度的要求，继续完善理顺企业内部管理机制，成立“股份制改组领导小组”。1998年9月，由浙江省人民政府发文，批准设立民丰特种纸股份有限公司。11月，民丰特种纸股份有限公司召开创立大会，宣告股份公司正式成立。2000年4月，中国证监会以证监发行字（2000）49号《关于核准民丰特种纸股份有限公司公开发行股票的通知》，正式批准“民丰特纸”发行5200万股社会公众股（A股）。6月15日，“民丰特纸”股票在上海证券交易所上市。股票代码为600235。是时，“民丰特纸”是国内第一家在中国证券市场上市交易的特种纸制造企业股票。 着力打造世界一流特种纸制造企业，是民丰特纸执著的追求。自首创国产卷烟纸成功以后，民丰先后试制开发了150多个新品种。各类品种广泛用于工业（含国防工业、卷烟工业）农业、医疗、文化、印刷、食品、包装、装饰等行业和领域。近10年来，民丰特纸又成功研发了20项新品种，相关产品应用30多项新技术。申请专利17项，其中已授权8项。民丰特纸参与或主持制定了20多项国家或行业标准。 目前，民丰特纸“船”牌的大类主导产品有：卷烟纸、描图纸、格拉辛纸、真空镀铝原纸、热升华数码转印纸。其中：卷烟纸有近年来研发和生产的混蔴、低侧流、快燃、直罗纹、防伪、降焦减害、选择性降害卷烟纸等品种，已成功应用于国内名优卷烟企业以及一些国际500强企业和国际烟草巨头；描图纸有近年来研发和生产的高克重、多克重描图纸和特白描图纸等品种。 在“求实认真、质量为本、自强不息、振兴民丰”的企业精神指引下，民丰人正以创新的理念、务实的作风，齐心协力朝着百年宏伟目标前进。
