Company Introduction 广晟有色金属股份有限公司（简称“广晟有色”）由始建于1953年的广东省冶金厅、1983年成立的中国有色金属工业广州公司、2002年改制而成的广东广晟有色金属集团有限公司沿革而来，于2009年1月借壳海南兴业聚酯有限公司在上海证券交易所上市（股票代码：SH600259）。广东省稀土产业集团有限公司（简称“广东稀土集团”）为广晟有色控股股东。2024年1月，国务院国有资产监督管理委员会批复，同意将广晟集团所持有广东稀土集团100%股权无偿划转给中国稀土集团。公司是广东省内稀土资源的唯一合法开采企业，拥有全资、控股企业16家，员工总数超1400人。截至2023年底全年实现营收208亿元，实现归母净利润2.03亿元。 公司坚持按照打造稀土铜钨战略性资源旗舰企业的战略定位，公司横向构筑“稀土、铜、钨”三大产业布局，纵向打造“矿山开采、冶炼分离、精深加工、贸易流通与进出口”完整的稀土产业链。在稀土产业领域，公司拥有广东省内全部3本稀土采矿证，其中新丰稀土矿是全国储量最大的离子型稀土矿山；控股4家南方离子吸附型稀土矿冶炼分离厂，掌握国内离子吸附型稀土矿冶炼分离最先进的生产工艺技术；参控股多家稀土合金制造、钕铁硼永磁材料生产企业，其中广东最大最先进8000吨高性能钕铁硼磁材项目一期工程（晟源永磁项目）已于2023年1月投料试产；与世界500强TDK公司合资建设广东东电化广晟稀土高新材料有限公司，拥有先进的高性能烧结钕铁硼生产技术和装备。在铜产业领域，公司参股的广东省大宝山矿业有限公司，拥有广东规模最大的铜硫采场和选厂。在钨产业领域，公司控股2家钨矿山企业，参股2家钨矿山企业。 公司科技创新优势明显，有13家高新技术企业，14个省级研发平台，1个院士工作站。公司获授权专利191项，拥有处理稀土冶炼氨氮废水的零排放技术、有机酸代替无机酸融矿、南北方矿联合分离、高端MLCC用稀土纳米级氧化物等多项国际国内领先的科技成果，屡获省部级以及全国性行业科技奖。 “十四五”期间，广晟有色将坚持打造稀土钨铜战略性资源旗舰企业的战略定位，按照“以资源为依托，以市场为导向，以党建为引领，以创新为动力”的经营方针，开创企业高质量发展新局面。
