Company Introduction 北京三元食品股份有限公司（以下简称“三元食品”)是以奶业为主,兼营麦当劳快餐的中外合资股份制企业,其前身是成立于1956年的北京市牛奶总站，1968年更名为北京市牛奶公司,1997年成立北京三元食品有限公司,2001年公司改制成为北京三元食品股份有限公司,于2003年8月向社会公开发行人民币普通股15,000万股,9月15日在上海证券交易所成功上市,2006年4月经中华人民共和国商务部批准完成股权分置改革,2009年11月、2015年2月成功非公开发行股票后,公司总股本1,497,557,426股。同时,北京麦当劳食品有限公司和广东三元麦当劳食品有限公司的中方权益是三元食品的一个重要组成部分,公司拥有北京麦当劳50%的股份,间接拥有广东麦当劳25%的股份。 三元食品产品涵盖屋型包装鲜奶系列、超高温灭菌奶系列、酸奶系列、袋装鲜奶系列、奶粉系列、干酪系列及各种乳饮料等百余品种，日处理鲜奶达3000吨,在内蒙古海拉尔市、河北迁安、河北石家庄、天津静海、广西柳州等建立了十六大加工中心,拥有“三元”、“燕山”等著名商标;销售网络覆盖北京各城区、郊县及全国50多个省、市及地区。“质量立市”是三元始终贯彻的质量理念,“把质量放在第一位”是三元始终坚持的经营理念。三元首家通过了ISO9001质量管理体系、HACCP食品安全管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系、GB/T28001职业健康安全管理体系和诚信管理体系的五合一认证。2012年,三元食品被国家质检总局授牌，成为中小学质量教育社会实践基地。同年，被工业和信息化部、财政部评为国家技术创新示范企业，同时被国家发展改革委、科技部、财政部、海关总署、国家税务总局评为国家认定企业技术中心。几十年来，三元食品一直做为历次国家和北京市重大政治活动、经济文化大型活动的乳制品供应商。三元食品始终热心投入公益事业。自2000年开始，三元食品为在京的老红军战士终生无偿提供鲜奶;2003-2007年,连续5年赞助平谷山区贫困学校;2007年,向安徽抗洪救灾前线捐赠9万箱牛奶;2008年汶川地震期间，向北京无偿献血者提供价值10万元的牛奶，并为地震灾区捐赠价值1,000万元的鲜奶;2013年,为雅安地震灾区捐赠价值200万元的奶粉。三元食品的全体员工将加倍努力，本着“质量立市诚信为本”的理念，以不断满足消费者需求为己任，与社会各界真诚合作，营造三元食品的辉煌未来。
