Company Introduction 云南驰宏锌锗股份有限公司是一户以铅锌锗产业为主，集地质勘探、采矿、选矿、冶炼、化工、深加工、贸易和科研为一体的综合性矿业公司，成立于2000年，前身为“一·五”计划156个重点项目之一的会泽铅锌矿，?2004年A股上市。2019年进入中铜、融入中铝，托管金鼎锌业、云铜锌业、青海鸿鑫，职工1.3万人，所属企业分布在加拿大、澳大利亚、玻利维亚、卢森堡和国内滇、蒙、青、沪、藏、黑、黔、港等8省市。是我国最早从氧化铅锌矿中提取锗用于国防尖端工业建设的企业.公司主要产品有铅、锌、锗三大系列20余个品种.现公司拥有"高锗沉矾液的处理方法"发明专利权等七项核心技术,铅、锌、锗系列产品覆盖我国十余个省市,"银晶"牌锗锭、"银鑫"牌锌锭、"银磊"牌粗铅、"华达"牌等多种产品多次获奖,其中"银鑫"牌锌锭为伦敦金属交易所(LME)注册商品;公司锗产量和质量则居全国同行业之首.2010年,公司创新试点建设工作更上新台阶,被云南省科技厅、国资委确立为云南省首批"创新型企业",获国家科技部、国务院国资委等三部委批准成为"全国创新型试点企业";知识产权管理工作也得到进一步提升,被云南省知识产权局、工信委等七部门评为"云南省百户知识产权优秀试点企业",被国家知识产权局确立为"第四批全国知识产权试点企业",新申报专利5项,获得授权专利9项,其中,发明专利5项;获中国有色金属行业协会科技成果奖3项。 公司保有铅锌资源量4460万吨、钼176万吨、银4879吨、锗448吨，具有铅锌精矿金属产能54万吨/年、铅锌精炼产能83万吨/年、锗金属60吨/年、精镉1000吨/年、银产品150吨/年的综合生产能力，资源储量、综合竞争实力在铅锌行业国内第一、亚洲第四。公司拥有专利1026件、制定标准67项，获国家科技进步二等奖2项，绿色矿山6个、绿色工厂4个，拥有国家级高新技术企业10户、驰宏锗业入选科改示范企业，粗铅、电锌产品被评为国家能效“领跑者”，先后被获评为“中央企业先进基层党组织、全国质量奖提名奖”等。
