Company Introduction 北京京能电力股份有限公司（简称“京能电力”）2002年在上海证券交易所上市（股票代码：600578），是北京能源集团有限责任公司旗下、首都第一家电力上市公司，其历史可以追溯到具有百年历史的石景山发电厂。 公司自上市以来，企业规模不断发展，业务范围涵盖火力发电、热电联产、煤电联营、售电经营、新能源发电、综合能源服务等。目前，公司控制运营装机容量1871万千瓦，共20家运营电厂，4个在建火电项目，14家新能源公司，2家售电公司，4家综合能源业务公司，参控股电厂分布在河北、内蒙古、山西、河南、江西、湖北、宁夏等9个省市自治区，其中5家发电企业点对网直供京津唐电网，肩负着为首都北京保电供热的重任。2022年，公司发电量793.86亿千瓦时，供热面积2.02亿平方米，资产规模达847亿元。 公司紧紧围绕“抓安全、控成本、转作风、促发展”工作思路，在安全生产经营中深入推进“五精管理”，落实“六安工程”，全力打造智慧电厂。积极响应“双轮驱动”战略，探索开展关键技术应用、能源机器人开发、成熟科技成果转化等工作，获得授权发明专利3项，软件著作权9项，实用新型专利超过50项。发挥党委领导核心作用，深入推进全面从严治党，提高决策效率和科学化水平。 公司以提供安全高效洁净能源为己任，连年保持国内最高企业信用评级AAA，获中国上市公司金牛奖、金紫荆“最佳上市公司”、ESG金牛奖“治理先锋”。积极响应国家“3060”碳达峰碳中和目标，大力推动煤电机组节能降碳改造、灵活性改造和供热改造，发挥兜底保障作用，不断提升清洁高效运行水平。公司以现有输电通道为依托，大力推进大型风电光伏基地以及煤电灵活性改造配置新能源项目开发，开拓源网荷储、氢能产业、综合能源管理等新兴业务，积极建设乌兰察布能源基地、鄂尔多斯能源基地、锡盟能源基地、酒泉能源基地、京津冀能源基地共五大新能源基地，加快转型升级，推进高质量发展。
