Company Introduction 宝钢集团新疆八一钢铁有限公司（以下简称“八钢”）始建于1951年9月，是老一辈无产阶级革命家王震将军率领驻疆解放军指战员和新疆各族群众艰苦奋斗、节衣缩食创建起来的。2007年4月加入宝钢集团，现为中国宝武集团独立运行子公司。建厂70年来，八钢始终坚守“屯垦戍边、钢铁报国”初心，传承红色基因，坚持改革创新，在中国宝武集团的坚强领导和自治区的大力支持下，企业实现了跨越式发展，目前已成为新疆产业链最长、产能水平最高、产品品种最全的千万吨级钢铁企业，为自治区经济建设和社会发展作出了重要贡献。公司现有八钢本部、巴州钢铁、伊犁钢铁三个生产基地，产能水平一千万吨，产品覆盖棒材、线材、优钢、型钢、热轧、冷轧、彩涂板、镀锌板、中厚板等品种，目前金属制品规格达到2400多个。 近几年来，八钢铁水成本始终保持了全国领先地位，在全国钢铁行业11项制造成本对标中，八钢非低合金方坯、线螺等6个产品成本排名第一，其余产品指标均进入前三名，区域市场成本竞争优势不断增强。 八钢始终坚持创新驱动，不断完善创新激励机制，鼓励全员创新，专利申报数量多年来始终居新疆首位，2021年申报专利330件，其中发明专利175件，发明专利占比达到53.03%。八钢立足中国宝武低碳冶金试验基地定位，积极顺应低碳绿色发展趋势，坚定践行习近平总书记对中国宝武碳达峰碳中和重要指示批示精神，成立“双碳”工作专门机构，持续完善碳中和工作体系，推动绿色低碳冶金创新取得重要进展，在富氢碳循环高炉和欧冶炉连续实现了超高富氧冶炼技术、风口喷吹脱碳煤气和焦炉煤气重大技术突破，富氢碳循环高炉通过全氧、富氢和煤气自循环，实现碳减排15%，在全球低碳冶金技术发展方向上发挥了引领作用，2021年，八钢欧冶炉技术创新项目荣获中国宝武技术创新重大成果唯一的特等奖。 近几年来，八钢全面完整准确贯彻落实新时代党的治疆方略和新疆工作总目标，始终把企业发展融入到新疆建设发展和改革开放进程中，自觉履行在疆央企政治责任、经济责任、社会责任，坚决贯彻执行自治区脱贫攻坚工作部署，持续加大“访惠聚”和精准扶贫工作力度，2020年，八钢承担的喀什地区岳普湖县和英吉沙县12个贫困村全部实现脱贫摘帽目标，被自治区授予脱贫攻坚先进集体光荣称号。 在新的奋斗征程上，八钢全体干部职工将在中国宝武党委的坚强领导和自治区党委的大力支持下，以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引，坚守“屯垦戍边、钢铁报国”初心，践行“钢铁报国、开放融合、严格苛求、铸就强大”的宝武精神，贯彻落实新发展理念，持续推进八钢做强做优做大，为把八钢建设成为中国西北及中亚地区钢铁业引领者、为把中国宝武建成世界一流伟大企业而不懈奋斗，为自治区社会稳定和长治久安作出新的更大的贡献。
