光大嘉宝股份有限公司是一家以不动产资产管理、不动产投资和房地产开发业务为主业的A股上市企业（股票代码600622），致力成为中国跨境不动产资产管理的先行者。公司于1992年12月在上海证券交易所上市，系由原国内最大的电光源生产企业--上海嘉宝照明电器公司改制而成。1994年6月组建嘉宝集团，公司更名为“上海嘉宝实业（集团）股份有限公司”。 2017年4月，公司实际控制人由“上海市嘉定区国有资产监督管理委员会”变更为“中国光大集团股份公司“，“中国光大控股有限公司”为公司间接控股股东。9月底，公司名称变更为“光大嘉宝股份有限公司”。11月初，股票简称变更为“光大嘉宝”。 2000年：公司通过重大股权重组，成为嘉定区国有资产相对控股的上市公司。2002年开始，公司逐步把房地产开发作为主业的发展方向。 2016年2月：公司以非公开发行方式募集资金近18亿元，光大控股成为公司战略股东。 2016年11月：公司通过受让光大安石和安石资管各51%股权，迅速获得优质的房地产私募基金管理类资产、品牌及优秀管理团队，打通了房地产项目“募、投、管、退”全链条。 2017年4月：2017年4月，光大控股通过下属企业合计持有公司24.27%股份，成为公司第一大持股主体，公司实际控制人由“上海市嘉定区国有资产监督管理委员会”变更为“中国光大集团股份公司”，最终控制人为中央汇金投资有限责任公司。9月底，公司注册名称变更为“光大嘉宝股份有限公司”。11月，公司股票简称变更为“光大嘉宝”。多年来，公司坚持“诚信铸业、求实求精、专业专注、笃行致远”的核心价值观和“品质地产、品位生活”的开发理念，致力于房地产行业精耕细作，公司地产业务实现了“大体量、多项目、跨区域、多业态”开发。公司品牌在长三角具有较好的口碑和较强的竞争力。公司开发的住宅项目都市港湾、紫提湾、梦之湾曾获得“上海市优秀住宅金奖和银奖”、上海市“四高”小区、上海市“园林杯优质工程金奖”等诸多荣誉；商业项目上海嘉定大融城获得上海市优质工程“白玉兰奖”等奖项；其他项目也获得较好社会评价。光大安石已经连续十年（2015-2024年）蝉联由中国企业评价协会、清华大学房地产研究所、北京中指信息技术研究院联合颁布的“中国房地产基金综合能力TOP10”榜首荣誉。光大安石旗下商业管理公司荣获由中购联购物中心行业颁发的“2020年度优秀管理公司奖”；旗下商业管理品牌“大融城”荣获“2016年中国商业地产项目品牌价值TOP10”榜首荣誉。展望未来，公司将继续坚持主动管理和价值创造的核心理念，深刻理解并积极把握我国房地产行业构建发展新模式所带来的战略机遇期，主动服务于党中央、国务院促进行业良性循环和健康发展的决策部署大局，进一步聚焦不动产资产管理主业，发挥公司专业不动产资产管理优势，在消费基础设施资产管理、写字楼资产管理、仓储基础设施资产管理、城市更新、不动产资产证券化及公募REITs等细分领域培育核心竞争力，不断巩固和扩大公司在细分行业中的头部地位和市场份额，努力将公司打造成为国内领先的跨境不动产资产管理平台。
