Company Introduction 上海复旦复华科技股份有限公司的前身为1984年创办的复旦大学科技开发公司。公司于1992年6月改制，1993年1月在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，是全国高校第一家上市公司(证券代码：600624)。2020年9月，按照中央关于高等学校所属企业体制改革精神，复旦大学将其持有的公司股份全部无偿划转给上海奉贤投资（集团）有限公司，公司控股股东变更为上海奉贤投资（集团）有限公司。 三十多年来，依托复旦大学及其优势学科，公司在“发展高科技、实现产业化”的探索与实践中，成功确立了以生物医药、软件开发、高新园区为核心业务的科技产业体系。目前已拥有聚焦专科特色的研产销一体化制药企业，中国重要的对日软件出口平台，以及广纳国内外高新技术企业的国家级高新技术园区……，企业经营呈现出持续、稳定、健康发展的良好态势。 面向未来，公司将始终秉承“追求一流、敢为人先、励精图治、奉献社会”的企业精神，立足科技产业，集聚创新资源，充分依托奉贤的区域发展优势，为推动科技创新创业、服务经济社会发展更好地贡献智慧与力量。
