| Company Introduction | 上海新黄浦实业集团股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）原名上海黄浦房地产股份有限公司。1993年3月26日在上海证券交易所挂牌上市（股票代码600638）。是上海市内最早组建上市的房地产企业之一。公司系为上海市合同信用等级AAA级企业、上海市财务资信AAA级企业、上海市四星级诚信创建企业，以及上海市房地产开发企业首批诚信承诺先进单位。 经过多年发展，公司目前已基本形成“房地产+金融”双轮驱动发展格局。其中房地产业务板块累积开发面积逾400万平方米。公司参与的黄浦区旧城改造项目包括：延中绿地二期工程动迁安置项目、新闸路动迁安置项目、新昌路动迁安置项目、厦门路动迁安置项目等。开发的著名商业楼宇包括：总建筑面积22万平方米、被国家行业权威部门评为“上海最具影响科技园区”和“上海房地产18年十大经典楼盘”之一的上海科技京城；坐落于上海外滩与“中华第一街”南京东路交汇处的新黄浦金融大厦；位踞上海浦东陆家嘴金融贸易区的永华大厦和阳光世界等。开发的主要住宅楼盘包括：凌家弄小区、陈家宅小区、由由小区、平江智荟苑、怡佳公寓、佘山一品、南浔四象府、杭州风荷叠翠府、新黄浦江南里等。公司目前持有并管理的主要物业包括上海科技京城、筑梦城星悦河畔家园（吴泾租赁社区）、筑梦城星悦梦庭（梅陇租赁社区）、南浔花园名都大酒店等。 在做大做强房地产开发、经营的同时，公司在多个金融领域进行多元探索与拓展，目前已初具期货、信托、基金牌照齐全的金融控股集团雏形。截至2023年底，公司持有华闻期货有限公司100%股权、上海浦浩投资有限公司100%股权、上海新黄浦投资管理有限公司100%股权、江西瑞奇期货有限公司20%股权、中泰信托有限责任公司30%股权(第二大股东，与我司第一大股东——华闻控股合计持股逾60%，并经该公司间接控股大成基金管理有限公司)。 公司目前经营、管理状况良好。截至2023年底，公司总资产逾203亿元，净资产逾44亿元，总股本为6.73亿股。公司目前下设10个职能部门、35家控股和参股子公司，多元业务领域覆盖上海、江苏、浙江、江西等省市。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
