| Company Introduction | 华电能源股份有限公司成立于1993年2月，是黑龙江省政府和原电力工业部首批股份制试点企业之一，公司A、B两种股票分别于1996年7月1日和4月22日在上海证券交易所上市，成为国有电力资产上市的第一股。这里是中国火电工业的摇篮、中国火电文明发展史的缩影，从这里走出的近万名火电管理和工程技术人员，支持了我国火电事业的发展，推动了中国电力工业文明的进程；1955年投产的富拉尔基热电厂是我国第一座高温高压热电厂，也是前苏联援建我国的156项重点工程之一；始建于1958年的哈尔滨热电厂是我国第一座自主设计、自主制造、自主安装的“三自”发电厂，2017年国内唯一一台35万千瓦超临界双转子高背压热电联产机组建成投产；1984年，国产首台60万千瓦发电机组落户的哈三电厂，被誉为国产大机组的“摇篮”。在这块充满红色记忆的黑土地上，红色基因已融入公司发展的血脉，当选“100位为新中国成立作出突出贡献的英雄模范人物”的抗日英雄赵一曼1933年在哈尔滨发电厂成功领导了工人大罢工，激发了哈尔滨人民奋起抗日的民族精神；1947年，作曲家马可在佳木斯发电厂创作了新中国第一首工人歌曲《咱们工人有力量》，成为中国人建设祖国的豪迈战歌；1949年，根据哈尔滨发电厂真实历史事件拍摄的电影《光芒万丈》，再现了特等劳动英雄刘英源带领工人队伍，恢复生产发电、支援解放战争的英雄事迹；踏着历史的足迹一路前行，2002年，公司划归中国华电集团，成为中国华电在黑龙江省的发展主体和资本运作平台。 党的十八大以来，公司坚决贯彻习近平总书记关于能源电力、科技创新、生态文明、国资央企等方面的重要论述、重要指示批示精神，积极落实集团公司发展战略，创新奋进担使命、奋勇争先建新功，如今已发展成为黑龙江省最大的发电供热企业，全资、控股8家热电联产企业和2家新能源发电企业，公司装机容量745.07万千瓦，总供热面积1.42亿平方米，是哈尔滨、齐齐哈尔、牡丹江、佳木斯四个中心城市的主要热源单位。公司控股1家年产量1200万吨的山西锦兴能源有限公司、1家从事智慧供热的黑龙江龙电电气公司；全资1家从事供热工程及环保服务的华电能源工程公司。 征途漫漫，唯有奋斗，我们将在集团公司党组的坚强领导下，坚决贯彻落实“三个总”“两个途径”“三个作用”的“国资央企新使命新定位”，聚焦公司肩负的使命任务，积极服务国家重大战略，为打造“五位一体”跨行业跨地区的大型综合能源上市公司，为集团公司加快建设世界一流能源企业，为大力推进中国式现代化、全面建设社会主义现代化国家贡献龙江华电力量。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
