Company Introduction 宁波富邦精业集团股份有限公司（以下简称公司）前身为宁波市华通运输股份有限公司，系经宁波市经济体制改革委员会甬体改〔1992〕号文批准，由宁波市第三运输公司作为主体发起人，采用定向募集方式设立的股份有限公司。公司股票于1996年11月11日在上海证券交易所挂牌交易。2002年4月，宁波富邦控股集团有限公司通过吸纳宁波市第三运输公司等企业持有的公司股权而成为公司控股股东。公司现有注册资本133,747,200元，股份总数133,747,200股（每股面值1元），均为A股股份。 公司主要从事工业铝板带材和铝型材生产、加工和销售以及铝铸棒的仓储、贸易服务，属于有色金属压延加工行业，是华东地区规模较大的铝加工压延企业之一。下属企业包括铝材厂、铝型材有限公司、贸易有限公司以及仓储公司等。公司是宁波市制造业百强企业，其中宁圆牌纯铝板材、带材是浙江省名牌产品。
