| Company Introduction | 武汉祥龙电业股份有限公司（简称：“祥龙电业”）是葛化集团于1993年在原热电厂的基础上，联合武汉华原能源物资开发公司、武汉市电力开发公司等多家公司共同发起，经武汉市经济体制改革委员会批准成立的股份制企业。1996年10月，中国证监会批准公司向社会公开发行股票；1996年11月，公司股票（代码600769）在上海证券交易所挂牌上市交易。 近年来，公司一方面以转型发展为中心，稳中求进，加强内部管理，提高资金使用效率。另一方面围绕经营收入和利润指标以各经营主体为对象进行细化。对供水业务，主要是做好精细化管理，向成本要效益；对建筑业务，充分利用地区大发展、大建设的有利时机，力争做大做强，为转型发展打下坚实基础。 祥龙电业供水厂：占地15000平方米，是左岭地区唯一的生产、生活取水源。主要负责祥龙公司生产区域用水的供给、收费、管网维护、维修和武汉白浒山自来水公司源水供给。源水取之于长江，为泵船式取水，设计取水能力10万吨/日。 祥龙电业建筑公司：承接建筑工程施工；防腐保温工程；建筑防水工程；建筑结构补强加固工程。（上述经营范围中国家有专项规定的项目经国家审批或凭许可证在核定期限内经营）。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
