Company Introduction 马钢是中国宝武钢铁集团有限公司控股子公司，拥有A+H股上市公司1家、新三板上市公司1家，具备2300万吨钢配套生产能力，在岗员工2.2万人。2022年，马钢集团钢产量2000万吨，实现营收2209亿元，利润总额26.2亿元。 马钢的前身是成立于1953年的马鞍山铁厂；1958年马鞍山钢铁公司成立；1993年成功实施股份制改制，分立为马钢总公司和马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司；1998年马钢总公司依法改制为马钢（集团）控股有限公司；2019年9月19日，中国宝武与马钢集团重组实施协议正式签约，马钢集团成为中国宝武控股子公司，中国宝武持有马钢集团51%股权，安徽省国资委持有马钢集团49%股权。在60多年艰苦创业、自我积累和滚动发展的历程中，马钢创造了我国钢铁行业的多个第一：我国第一个车轮轮箍厂、第一套高速线材轧机、“中国钢铁第一股”（A+H股上市公司）、第一条大H型钢生产线先后诞生在这里。 马钢是多元协同发展的集团化企业，构建了钢铁及产业链延伸产业、战略性新兴产业协同发展的产业格局。钢铁产业拥有马钢股份公司本部、长江钢铁、合肥公司、瓦顿公司四大钢铁生产基地，冷热轧薄板、彩涂板、镀锌板、H型钢、高速线材、高速棒材和车轮轮箍等先进生产线，长材、板带、轮轴三大系列产品，车轮、H型钢、冷镦钢、管线钢等产品拥有自主知识产权和核心技术，车轮和H型钢产品获得“中国名牌”称号，股份公司荣获“全国质量奖”。多元产业拥有矿产资源、工程技术、废钢资源、化工能源、贸易物流、金融投资、节能环保、信息技术、新材料等板块。 当前，马钢正处于加快转型升级、迈向高质量发展的关键时期。面对钢铁行业发展大势，马钢将在中国宝武的坚强领导下，坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，坚决贯彻新发展理念，进一步强化“超越自我、跑赢大盘、追求卓越”绩效导向，以“三高两化”为实施路径，以改革为动力，以创新促发展，深化整合融合，全面对标找差，打造“大而强的新马钢”，为助推中国宝武成为全球钢铁业引领者、共建高质量钢铁生态圈，为全面建设现代化五大发展美好安徽、水清岸绿产业优美丽长江经济带作出积极贡献。
