Company Introduction 本行的前身为西安城市合作银行，1997年经人民银行《关于西安城市合作银行开业的批复》（银复[1997]169号）批准，在41家城市信用合作社和西安市城市信用合作社联合社的基础上，由西安市财政局、西安市飞天科工贸总公司等9家企业以及西安市原41家城市信用合作社和西安市城市信用合作社联合社的股东共同发起设立，成立之初注册资本为413,303,700元。1998年，经人民银行陕西省分行《关于西安城市合作银行变更名称的批复》（陕银复[1998]61号）批准，本行由“西安城市合作银行”更名为“西安市商业银行股份有限公司”，简称“西安市商业银行”。2010年，经中国银监会《关于西安市商业银行更名的批复》（银监复[2010]203号）批准，本行由“西安市商业银行股份有限公司”更名为“西安银行股份有限公司”，简称“西安银行”。截至2018年6月30日，本行的注册资本达到4,000,000,000元。本行经陕西银监局批准持有机构编码为B0274H261010001的金融许可证，并经西安市工商局批准领取统一社会信用代码为91610131294468046D的企业法人营业执照。 2014年，本行被西安市政府评为“支持西安经济最佳金融机构”，被授予“纳税先进企业”荣誉，同年在中国《银行家》杂志“2013年度资产1,000亿元-2,000亿元城市商业银行综合排名”中名列第5名。2015年，本行在中国银行业协会发布的商业银行稳健发展能力“陀螺（GYROSCOPE)评价体系”资产规模大于1,500亿元的地方性法人银行中收益可持续能力排名第1位，运营管理能力排名第10位，同年9月本行被中国银监会确定为全国城商行“领头羊”计划12家银行之一，蝉联中国《银行家》杂志“2014年度资产1,000亿元-2,000亿元城市商业银行综合排名”第5名，并被西安市政府授予“支持西安经济发展成绩显著金融单位”称号。2016年，本行在中国《银行家》杂志“2015年度资产2,000亿元-3,000亿元城市商业银行综合排名”中名列第4名，并荣获“最佳金融科技城市商业银行”荣誉。2017年，本行在中国《银行家》杂志“2016年度资产2,000亿元-3,000亿元城市商业银行综合排名”中名列第5名，并荣获“最佳公司治理城商行”荣誉；在英国《银行家》杂志“2017年全球前1,000家”银行评选活动中，本行一级资本排名第393位，居中国入选银行第59位。2018年上半年，本行在中国《银行家》杂志“2018中国金融创新奖”评选中，荣获地方金融机构“最佳金融创新奖”、“对公业务十佳金融产品创新奖”和“零售业务十佳金融产品创新奖”。
