Company Introduction 金陵饭店股份有限公司由南京金陵饭店集团有限公司于2002年12月控股设立，2007年4月在上海证交所上市，成为全流通后国内酒店业首发上市第一股。公司以酒店业务板块为主体，实施品牌运营与资本扩张运作“双轮驱动”战略，业务涵盖酒店投资管理、商业综合体运营、酒店物资贸易、物业管理、食品研发与销售、旅游资源开发等，下辖全资及控股子企业13家、参股投资4家。公司先后荣获中央文明委授予的“全国文明单位”，国家文旅部授予的“全国旅游系统先进集体”、“全国旅游服务质量标杆单位”、“国家级文明旅游示范单位”；荣膺首届“中国质量奖提名奖”、“江苏省省长质量奖”、“南京市市长质量奖”，囊括了质量领域国家级、省级、市级三大重量级奖项。 南京金陵饭店是1979年改革开放初期经国务院批准立项建设的全国首批六家大型涉外旅游饭店之一、江苏省首家五星级酒店，1983年10月建成开业，以“神州第一高楼”、“第一家由中国人自己经营管理”的大型国际酒店”蜚声海内外，国际媒体视之为“中国改革开放的窗口”。饭店建筑面积17万平方米、57层的金陵饭店扩建工程—“亚太商务楼”投入运营后，金陵饭店客房总数近千间。
