Company Introduction 公司的发起人由企业法人宁波舟山港和舟山港务组成。公司改制设立前，宁波舟山港主要从事集装箱、铁矿石、原油、煤炭、液化油品、粮食、矿建材料及其他货种的港口装卸及相关业务，其拥有的主要资产为经营上述业务相关的资产和权益。公司改制设立前，舟山港务主要从事港口业务，其拥有的主要资产为经营港口业务相关的资产和权益。公司改制设立前，主要发起人拥有的主要资产和实际从事的主要业务没有发生变化。 发行人由远洋有限整体变更设立，原远洋有限的业务、资产和债务全部由发行人承继。改制设立时，发行人主要从事国际、沿海和长江航线的航运业务、船舶代理业务及干散货货运代理业务，并拥有相应的设施及资产、技术及人员。发行人设立前后的主营业务未发生变化。 宁波远洋是一家综合性航运公司，主要从事国际、沿海和长江航线的航运业务、船舶代理业务及干散货货运代理业务。 截至2022年8月底，宁波远洋目前共经营船舶84艘，形成了一支由3,000吨至40,000吨集装箱船舶梯度互补并保有一定数量干散货船舶（8艘）的综合性船队，同时也是浙江省内最大的集装箱班轮企业。公司被国际海事组织东京备忘录评为安全管理高绩效公司，2021年公司国际航行船舶PSC检查的零缺陷通过率达到71%。公司累计已有61艘（次）船舶获评全国安全诚信船舶，59名船长获评全国安全诚信船长。
