Company Introduction 财通证券股份有限公司是一家总部在杭州的特色型综合性证券集团，前身为创立于1993年的浙江财政证券公司，2003年6月改制设立财通证券经纪有限责任公司，2007年6月明确为省直属国有企业，2017年10月在上海证券交易所上市，股票代码601108。近年来，公司始终坚持合规经营、稳健发展，抓住了管理体制调整和行业创新发展的机遇，从一家区域性的经纪类券商发展成为全国性的综合型券商，构建了跨证券、期货、基金、资管、股权投资以及境外金融等业务的全链条、综合化的服务体系，市场竞争力和综合实力快速提升。 目前，集团员工约5500余人，160余家分支机构，主要分布在浙江省内各市县及北京、上海、深圳、厦门、南京、重庆、成都等中心城市。旗下有财通证券资产管理有限公司、财通（香港）有限公司、浙江财通资本投资有限公司、财通创新投资有限公司、永安期货股份有限公司和财通基金管理有限公司6家参控股子公司，相关公司在各自领域均形成了相应特色和细分优势。截至2023年9月底，公司合并报表总资产1197.52亿元，归属于母公司净资产约338.53亿元。新时期，公司将坚持以客户为中心，践行“金为实服务”理念，助力企业高质量发展，帮助投资者财富保值增值。紧紧围绕公司“137N”战略体系，建设“四型财通”，打造一流现代投资银行，强力助推浙江省三个“一号工程”。
