Company Introduction 1954年，经原国家重工业部批准，白银厂有色金属公司（1960年更名为白银有色金属公司）在兰州成立，甘肃省国资委于2007年7月6日出资设立白银有限，2008年11月24日，甘肃省国资委以白银有限价值286,384.40万元的净资产出资，甘肃省国资公司以白银有限价值53,280.82万元的净资产出资，中信集团以26,640.41万元现金出资，国安集团以299,704.61万元现金出资，共同发起设立白银有色集团股份有限公司。本公司成立时注册资本为50亿元。2009年11月，甘肃省国有资产投资集团有限公司（原甘肃省国资公司）将其持有的本公司8%的股权划转至甘肃省国资经营公司（新业公司前身）。 本公司生产的产品主要有阴极铜、铅锭、锌锭、铜材、铅材、锌材、贵金属制品等多个品种，主要产品均按照国际标准和国外先进标准组织生产，有多种产品曾获国家、省、部优质产品称号。本公司“白银牌”、“Ibis”、“敦煌”商标均为甘肃省著名商标，拥有良好的商业声誉和较高的市场占有率。
Main Business 为铜、铅、锌、金、银等多种有色金属的采选、冶炼、加工及贸易，业务覆盖有色金属全产业链。
