| Company Introduction | 瑞丰银行总部位于浙江省绍兴市，是浙江省首批改制成立的农商行。前身为绍兴县信用联社，1987年列入全国农村金融体制改革试点，与农业银行脱钩后成立绍兴县信用联社。2005年改制为浙江绍兴县农村合作银行，2011年再度改制成为农商银行。瑞丰银行注册资本15.09亿元，拥有107家网点，分布于绍兴市柯桥区、越城区和义乌市，并在嵊州作为主发起行设立嵊州瑞丰村镇银行。目前共有员工2000余人，本科以上比例超90%，硕博士140余人，建有绍兴市金融系统首家博士后工作站。2021年6月25日，瑞丰银行成功登陆上交所主板，成为浙江省首家上市农商银行。 长期以来，瑞丰银行扎根经济沃土，服务三农小微，始终坚守定位，与区域经济血浓于水。在长期经营实践中，瑞丰银行始终致力于建设全方位成体系以人为核心的普惠金融，坚持把银行自身发展好、区域经济服务好、社会责任履行好“三好理念”，探索形成一乡一城一市“三大模式”，普惠金融服务成效得到极大提升，连续三届获得全国农商银行“标杆银行”称号，并在全国农村中小金融机构监管工作会议上作典型介绍。瑞丰银行坚持创新发展，融入社区治理，深化“最多跑一次”改革，探索形成“银政联盟1+N”模式，在网点内引入政务+金融一揽子服务，获得2020年度浙江省改革创新优秀实践案例，获得全省推广。瑞丰银行是柯桥区乡村振兴主办银行，创设“两员一顾问”机制、落实“三帮一扶”举措，长期坚持助村、助困、助学，积极履行社会责任，十次获得柯桥区行风评议第一名。2022年4月，瑞丰银行建成并启用瑞丰银行镜湖数字金融中心大楼。2023年6月，瑞丰银行营业部荣获“2022年银行业营业网点文明规范服务百佳示范单位”称号，成为绍兴全市金融系统首家、浙江农商银行系统目前唯一拥有百佳示范网点的银行机构。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
