| Company Introduction | 公司的前身系于1998年6月成立的嘉兴市耐邦经贸有限公司。1998年6月17日，嘉兴会计师事务所出具了嘉会师验内字（1998）187号《验资报告》，截至1998年6月17日止，耐邦经贸已收到其股东投入的资本51万元。2001年11月24日，耐邦经贸股东会审议决定变更企业注册名称，由嘉兴市耐邦经贸有限公司变更为浙江福莱特玻璃镜业有限公司，2001年11月28日，嘉兴市工商行政管理局为耐邦经贸换发了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：3304112100518）。2005年10月10日，福莱特有限股东会审议通过新增股东5名作为发起人，在福莱特有限整体改制的基础上发起设立为股份有限公司。2005年12月29日，公司在浙江省工商行政管理局注册登记并领取《企业法人营业执照》，注册号为3300002000011。2011年3月20日，福莱特镜业股东大会审议通过了《关于变更公司名称的议案》，决定将公司名称由“浙江福莱特玻璃镜业股份有限公司”变更为“福莱特光伏玻璃集团股份有限公司”。2011年3月21日，中磊会计师事务所有限责任公司出具了中磊验字[2011]0011号《验资报告》，截至2011年3月21日止，公司已将资本公积11,980万元转增股本，变更后公司的注册资本为23,960万元。2011年3月23日，浙江省工商行政管理局为公司换发了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：330000000030744）。 公司是目前国内领先的玻璃制造企业，主营业务为光伏玻璃、浮法玻璃、工程玻璃和家居玻璃的研发、生产和销售，以及玻璃用石英矿的开采、销售和EPC光伏电站工程建设，其中，光伏玻璃是公司最主要的产品。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
