| Company Introduction | 合肥合锻智能制造股份有限公司位于合肥经济技术开发区，公司前身为合肥锻压机床总厂，始建于1951年，为专业从事锻压设备生产、销售的企业。2014年11月7日，合锻智能在上海证券交易所主板挂牌上市。 合锻智能是集液压机、机械压力机、色选机等各类高精专产品研发、生产、销售和服务为一体的装备制造企业。是我国大型锻压设备自动化成套技术与装备产业化基地，属于国家数控成形冲压装备产业技术创新战略联盟副理事长单位、国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业。 产品广泛应用于汽车、家电、军工、航空航天、石化、新材料应用等领域，自主开发的大型数控成形机床数字化设计技术，自动化控制技术，机电液一体化技术，伺服控制技术，大型超大型部件加工制造技术，智能成套设备解决方案及安装调试技术等达到国内领先水平。合锻主研的多项高端装备，先后应用于飞机、神舟飞船、天宫火箭、核电、大型船舶、高铁，以及国家“跃升计划”的科研领域，市场占有率基本保持在29%-32%。公司是“国家级知识产权示范企业”、“国家级技术创新示范企业”、“国家级制造业单项冠军示范企业”、“安徽省创新型企业”。拥有“国家认定企业技术中心”、“数控锻压机床装备国家地方联合工程研究中心”、“高端成形机床成套装备安徽省技术创新中心”、和“安徽省工业设计中心”，设立了“院士工作站”、“博士后科研工作站”、“智能锻压装备技术安徽省重点实验室”，与合肥工业大学联合组建了“合肥工业大学工业与装备技术研究院”，打造了多位一体的研发体系。 近年来，公司在致力于自身技术进步的同时，敢于担当行业责任，凭借液压机国家标准起草单位以及液压机标准化委员会副主任委员单位的身份，主持或参与制修订国家标准8项、行业标准33项；连续承担或参与6项国家“高档数控机床与基础制造装备”科技重大专项课题及1项国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项，另外承担了包括国家863计划、火炬计划、重点新产品计划等在内的其它科技计划近30项。 合锻智能将不断提升经营管理水平和创新研发能力，进一步推进现有产品的技术升级，提升锻压成形设备自身的先进水平和智能化水平，提高产品安全性和可靠性。从提供单一产品、成套设备模式向总承包商、全套方案服务商的方向发展，实现制造业服务化。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
