Company Introduction 威高血净成立于2004年，自成立以来始终专注于血液净化医用制品的研发、生产和销售，主要产品包括血液透析器、血液透析管路、血液透析机以及腹膜透析液，分别围绕血液透析和腹膜透析领域，辅以透析配套产品的销售，是国内产品线最为丰富的血液净化医用制品厂商之一。 血液透析业务方面，根据弗若斯特沙利文数据，2023年公司在国内血液透析器领域的市场份额占比为32.5%，位列全行业第一；在国内血液透析管路领域的市场份额占比为31.8%，位列全行业第一；公司获授权独家销售的威高日机装及日机装品牌血液透析机在国内血液透析机领域的市场份额占比为24.6%，位列全行业第二，仅次于费森尤斯医疗。腹膜透析业务方面，公司与国际血液净化知名企业泰尔茂合作，由合资企业威高泰尔茂研发并生产出了国内首款获批的中性腹膜透析液，公司获授权在中国大陆地区独家销售威高泰尔茂所生产的腹膜透析液。根据弗若斯特沙利文数据，2022年公司获授权独家销售的威高泰尔茂品牌腹膜透析液在国内腹膜透析液领域的市场份额占比为3.6%，位列全行业第五。 公司掌握血液透析器关键制膜技术和生产工艺，是中国血液净化行业中较早在血液透析用中空纤维膜技术上取得突破的国产厂商之一，也是国内较早拥有中空纤维膜纳米级侧壁孔结构测定等关键技术的厂商。公司自主研发的血液透析器系列产品在清除率、超滤系数、筛选系数等关键性能指标上接近、达到或超过国外领先厂商主流产品，处于行业领先水平。基于深耕行业多年的丰富经验，公司在行业内较早实现了国产透析器生产的标准化，并参与了包括《血液透析及相关治疗血液透析器、血液透析滤过器、血液滤过器和血液浓缩器》《血液透析及相关治疗血液净化装置的体外循环血路》等主要行业标准的制定。 截至本招股意向书签署日，公司拥有第III类医疗器械产品注册证15张；报告期内，公司产品销售覆盖了我国31个省、直辖市和自治区，最终销往我国超过6,000家医院、透析中心等医疗机构，其中超过1,000家三级医院。从一二线城市到三四线城市到深入县城乡镇，从大型三级医院到一二级医院再到社区、乡镇卫生院，公司始终坚持并努力满足着国内众多透析患者的广泛需求，积极践行“延续生命，传递关爱”的企业使命。
