Company Introduction 本公司的前身为广州市鹿山化工材料有限公司，成立于1998年11月12日。2009年11月18日，鹿山有限全体股东签署了《发起人协议》，各发起人同意以截至2009年10月31日经深圳鹏城出具的《审计报告》（深鹏所审字（2009）1308号）审计的净资产人民币67,334,035.21元，按1:0.690587的比例折合46,500,000股，股本与净资产的差额人民币20,834,035.21元转入资本公积。2009年11月17日，深圳鹏城出具《验资报告》（深鹏所验字（2009）164号）对上述出资进行了验证。2009年12月7日，广州市工商局核准了本次变更登记并向本公司换发了变更后的编号为440112000001193号《企业法人营业执照》。 公司是一家专注于绿色环保高性能的高分子热熔粘接材料研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业，产品广泛应用于复合建材、能源管道、高阻隔包装、光伏新能源、平板显示等多个领域，为全球多个国家和地区的客户提供粘接综合解决方案，是国内领先的高性能热熔粘接材料企业之一。 公司是国家级高新技术企业，拥有国内较为领先的热熔粘接材料研发中心，并拥有 “国家博士后科研工作站 国家博士后科研工作站 ”“ 省级博士工作站 省级博士工作站 ”“ 省级企业技术中心 省级企业技术中心 ”“ 省 级工程技术研究开发中心 ”“ 省级工程实验室 ”“ 广州市重点实验室 ”等多个研 发平台 ，参与制定国家标准2项、行业标准3项。截至2021年6月30日，公司获得境内专利授权共计100项，其中发明专利70项、实用新型专利30项。公司多项技术成果处于国内领先水平，曾获“中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步一等奖”“中国专利优秀奖 中国专利优秀奖 ”“ 广东省科学技 术奖 一等术奖 一等”“ 广东专利金奖 广东专利金奖 ”“ 广 东省科学技术奖 二等”“广州市科学技术奖一等奖”“国家重点新产品”“广东省高新技术产品”等多项国家及省市级奖励。
