| Company Introduction | 长白山旅游股份有限公司是长白山开发建设集团控股上市公司，按照吉林省委、省政府的战略部署，2010年，通过增资引入吉林森工集团、长白山森工集团，于同年整体变更为股份有限公司。 公司注册资本2.67亿元，拥有员工1000余人，秉承“服务旅游者，敬业全社会”的企业宗旨,以保护第一，不断做优、做强、做大长白山旅游产业为己任。经过几年的快速发展，目前公司业务涵盖了旅游交通、景区管理、酒店管理、产品营销等多个领域！公司于2014年8月22日在上海证券交易所完成上市首发，成为吉林省旅游板块首家上市公司，东北地区景区类首家上市公司。 按照法人治理结构，公司设立了股东大会、董事会、监事会、总经理办公会等管理结构，内设综合部、景区运营部、企业管理部等13个业务部门以及7个子公司2个分公司1个合资公司。 在安全管理上，公司在全国山岳类景区首家推出五级安全预警响应机制、首家实行北斗卫星监控系统全覆盖，并向全国山岳类景区管理典范目标努力。 先后获得全国青年文明号、全国旅游系统先进集体、全国法制建设先进单位、吉林省质量奖、吉林省消费者满意单位等荣誉，并顺利通过ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系和OHSAS18001职业健康管理体系认证。公司已经成为吉林省旅游产业的龙头企业，长白山保护开发区A级纳税企业！ 旅游客运板块 旅游客运是公司的核心业务，主要涉及长白山三景区内游客运输、旅游车辆租赁、停车场管理等业务。获得长白山三个景区和环山公路道路运输独家经营权，拥有省际包车资质，在区域内首家开展网约车业务，目前拥有十余种车型800余台运输车辆。 酒店板块 围绕着旅游产业要素，公司进军酒店行业，与英国洲际酒店集团合作，建设品牌为皇冠假日的五星级温泉度假酒店，共有客房300间，是吉林省首家使用皇冠假日品牌的酒店，也是长白山地区第一家国际标准的五星级酒店。随着酒店管理经验的积累，下一步将对外开展酒店管理输出业务。 温泉板块 公司独家拥有长白山聚龙泉温泉开采权，温泉出水口多达上百个，水温最高达82.3℃，属于高热温泉，水中富含钙、镁等物质，对皮肤病、关节炎及风湿症等疗效显著，被称为美肌温泉。为了做大温泉产业，公司谋划建设长白山火山温泉部落，总占地49公顷，可满足数万人次的温泉疗养。 旅游服务板块 易游公司将以长白山为中心点，以游客满意为出发点，恪守“诚实守信”的经营原则，努力扩大业务经营辐射范围，以不断丰富地区度假旅游产品种类、提升地区度假旅游服务水平、带动地区度假旅游产业发展为己任，展示长白山形象，发挥桥梁纽带作用，为广大游客提供高品质的专业度假旅游服务。 景区管理板块 主要负责景区开发管理、旅游纪念品研发销售、服务设施建设、导游讲解服务等，是公司品牌输出、管理输出的重要承载者、践行者，未来将逐步在长白山地区、东北三省乃至全国范围内延伸管理输出。 站在新的历史起点，公司以长白山得天独厚的旅游资源为依托，以长白山旅游品牌的承载者为己任，争当区域旅游产业发展的引领者，区域繁荣的推动者，区域产业升级战略的践行者。努力成为实力雄厚、业绩优良、成长稳健、运作规范的具有国际影响力的综合性旅游服务企业。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
