Company Introduction 兰州兰石重型装备股份有限公司从事炼油化工、煤化工及其他化工等领域企业所需高端压力容器的设计、制造和安装业务，提供压力容器及成套装备从设计、制造、安装到售后技术服务的全过程解决方案。　　公司是国内炼油及煤化工压力容器制造的骨干企业，也是我国首批制造球罐的厂家之一，自主研制开发了不同规格、结构、材质、压力的球罐。可设计、制造容积从50m3～25000m3、承载压力-0.1～3.15MPa、材质为20R、16MnR、Q370R、07MnCrMoVR、07MnCrMoVDR、09MnNiDR等的各类球罐，可年生产高品质球罐37,500吨，广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金等行业并屡获奖励。1983年，400m3球罐荣获机械工业部优质产品奖，1984年荣获国家银质奖，1985年通过机械工业部国际标准验收；1990年，2,000m3液化气球罐在甘肃省优秀新产品、新技术成果评比中荣获一等奖；1993年，成功研制了首台国产化低焊接裂纹敏感性CF-62钢制1,500m3乙烯球罐，此台产品是国际上采用同类钢板制造大型低温球罐的首例，1996年荣获国家机械工业部科学技术进步一等奖，1997年荣获国家科学技术进步三等奖；2009年，在国内首次采用排球瓣式结构完成了1,000m3球罐区项目；2012年，在国内首次将09MnNiDR材料用于球罐设备，制造完成了2,000m3乙烯球罐。　　2012年发行人被中国石油和化学工业联合会中小企业工作委员会、国家石油和化工网评为“2012中国化工装备百强企业”；2007年、2010年、2011年发行人被中国石油和石油化工设备工业协会评为“2006-2007年度中国石油石化装备制造企业五十强”、“2008-2009年度石油石化设备行业制造企业五十强”、“2011年度石油石化设备行业制造企业五十强”；2007年12月，经中国石油和石油化工设备工业协会评价委员会评定，本公司生产的“高压加氢反应器”、“高压锁紧环式换热器”入选“2007年度中国石油石化装备驰名品牌”。兰石重装作为兰石集团装备制造业的核心，支撑兰石集团获得“装备中国功勋企业”称号。
