Company Introduction 公司前身为成立于1999年1月26日的厦门市建潘卫厨有限公司。2011年11月28日，经股东会决议整体变更设立为股份有限公司。公司以截至2011年9月30日经福建华兴会计师事务所有限公司闽华兴所（2011）审字F-048号《审计报告》审计确认的净资产值113,173,708.62元扣除向全体股东派发现金红利9,234,741.73元后的103,938,966.89元折为股份50,000,000股，余额53,938,966.89元计入公司资本公积金，各股东（即发起人）所持有的股权比例不变。 2011年11月28日，华兴所对上述出资情况进行了审验，并出具了《验资报告》（闽华兴所（2011）验字F-003号）。2011年12月26日，公司在厦门市工商行政管理局办理了工商登记手续，领取了注册号为350206200017679的《企业法人营业执照》。 公司创立于1999年，是国内高端整体厨柜及定制家居的专业服务商，专业从事整体厨柜及定制家居的研发、设计、生产、销售、安装及售后等整体服务，旗下拥有涵盖整家的厨柜、衣柜、木门、厨电、智能家居、卫浴阳台、软装家具家品等多个子品类，为用户提供一站式整家定制解决方案。公司是全国工商联家具厨柜专委会会长单位、中国五金制品协会整体厨房分会会长单位，拥有国家认定“厨房工业设计中心”，先后荣获国家级“智能制造示范企业”、工信部“智能制造综合标准化与新模式应用企业”、“中国驰名商标”等荣誉称号，连续11年蝉联“中国房地产500强首选厨柜品牌”。
