Company Introduction 安徽省交通规划设计研究总院股份有限公司是一家综合性勘察设计单位，始建于1960年，是安徽省交通控股集团有限公司国有控股上市企业（股票简称：设计总院，股票代码：603357），公司为国务院国资委“双百企业”，多年进入全国设计企业50强，荣获第五届安徽省人民政府质量奖提名奖，多次在交通运输部公路建设从业企业全国综合信用评价中获AA信用评价。公司拥有工程勘察综合、工程设计综合、城乡规划、工程咨询、公路及水运工程检测和监理等多项甲级资质，以及市政公用工程、公路工程、机电工程施工总承包一级资质，是通过质量/环境/职业健康三证一体认证的高新技术企业。 公司业务覆盖交通与城乡基础设施、资源与生态及环境、智能与信息化系统等工程领域的投资、规划、咨询、项目管理、勘察设计、监理、检测、建造、运维、装备与建筑材料开发、总承包及对外承包工程等方面，是能够为基础设施建设及运维提供一体化综合技术解决方案的技术运营商。目前，项目涉及国内近30个省级行政区，以及非洲、东南亚等国家和地区，形成了面向国内外市场，多领域、多元化的经营格局。 公司建立了完善的法人治理架构和规范的内部组织机构及制度等管控体系，下设多个综合专业型分支机构和子公司。截至2023年7月底，公司拥有职工2200余人，高级及以上职称人员700余人，享受国务院及省政府特殊津贴专家3人，交通运输青年科技英才2人、安徽省五一劳动奖章获得者2人、“安徽省创新创业领军人才特殊支持计划”创新领军人才2人、安徽省工程勘察设计大师6人、安徽省学术和技术带头人6人，各类国家注册类人才1200余人次。 公司以创新驱动企业与产业高质量发展，持续推动科技成果和核心技术的工程化应用和产业化推广。依托国家企业技术中心、交通运输部节能环保和智能制造两大研发中心、国家级博士后科研工作站、长三角劳模创新工作室等多个科技研发平台，在新基建领域，着力发展工业化智能建造、工程智慧康养、智慧交通、数字化交付等技术。积极推进数字化转型，作为交通强国建设试点项目承担单位，公司大力推进工程数智化技术与服务平台建设，荣获国务院国资委“国企数字场景创新专业赛”一等奖、首届“姑苏杯”长三角智能交通创新技术应用大赛一等奖。近10年，累计荣获600余项国家、部、省级及以上优秀工程勘察设计咨询和科技进步奖，以及多项国际大奖，拥有各类专利及软件著作权近300项。
