Company Introduction 公司是一家国内领先的专业化平台型软件及信息化服务提供商，致力于利用自主研发的“灵动业务架构平台（LiveBOS）”，为包括证券、期货、银行、电子交易市场等在内的金融行业及其他行业提供以业务流程管理（BPM）为核心、以“互联网+”应用为重点方向的信息化解决方案。 公司处于国内金融企业信息化产业的前沿。金融企业信息化是高端软件和新兴信息服务产业的分支，是战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分。公司积极投身于Fintech领域的研发，不断探索兼顾合规性、安全性、创新性、符合下游行业需求的产品及应用。公司的主营业务主要涉及证券、期货、银行、信托、电子交易市场等多个行业和领域，业务范围涵盖前、中、后台等多个层次。公司敏锐把握金融行业发展趋势及行业动向，针对客户“互联网+”业务发展的需要，基于金融行业业务互联网化趋势的快速演进及新业务、新产品的不断推出，持续深耕前沿市场，提供针对互联网化应用支持、集中交易、高端客户交易、业务运营中台、柜台市场、区域市场、投融资业务、财富管理等多种业务领域的软件产品及服务。 截至2016年末，公司主要产品应用于国内78家证券公司，用户数量占证券公司总家数的60.47%1。其中，公司的营销服务流程管理系统应用于国内71家证券公司；公司的基础运营支持系统（即大规模集中交易、快速内存交易及配套系统）应用于国内38家证券公司。 同时，公司近年来在企业流程管理及教育行业信息化方面持续开展业务，利用行业经验及研发协同效应，为客户提供针对行业特点的管理系统及信息化服务。 截至目前，公司及其主营业务、产品获得多项荣誉。公司的“基于SOA&BPM的证劵金融投资者营销与服务平台——FCRM”获2013年福建省科技进步三等奖。2013年12月，公司被国家发展和改革委员会、工业和信息化部、财政部、商务部、国家税务总局联合认定为“2013-2014年度国家规划布局内重点软件企业”。
