Company Introduction 恒林家居股份有限公司于1998年成立，2017年于A股主板上市，是一家集研发、生产、销售办公椅、沙发、按摩椅等健康坐具及民用家具产品于一体的国家高新技术企业，注册资金1.391亿元，总占地面积约1600亩，是目前国内领先的健康坐具开发企业，以及国内最大的办公椅制造商和出口商之一，连续13年办公椅行业出口第一，年销售额约65亿元，产品出口遍布全球，股票代码：603661。 2019年收购瑞士公司LO，LO为瑞士办公家具行业排名第一的高端系统办公品牌。 2021年收购厨博士，厨博士主营业务为家庭厨柜、浴柜、衣柜、木门及空港设备柜台。 2022年收购永裕家居，主营业务为SPC、VSPC等PVC地板、墙板以及竹家具等家居产品的研发、生产和销售。 公司以“成为世界一流绿色家居企业”为愿景，以对座椅二十余年持续而朴实的专注，确立了在行业内的重要地位，并主导与参与起草了多个国家标准、行业标准、团体标准，我国现行有效的标准中，公司主持、参与制定的国际标准为1项，国家标准为24项，行业标准为8项，团体标准为5项。公司在经营上的不懈努力亦赢得了行业内的高度肯定，产品先后荣获“德国红点奖”、“If设计大奖”、“中国家具设计奖”等国内外多项荣誉；拥有国家知识产权优势企业、国家专利示范企业、国家级工业设计中心、智能化功能坐具省级企业研究院、智能化功能坐具省级高新技术企业研发中心、浙江省企业技术中心、浙江省工业设计中心、浙江省博士后工作站等资质。 公司关注品牌效应，将良好的用户口碑作为企业发展的无形资产。公司现已获得“2019年度风云浙商”、“G20杭州峰会最佳合作伙伴”、“华为优质供应商奖”、“政府质量奖”、“纳税大户”、“中国家具行业优秀企业”、“海关AA类管理企业”、“浙江省家具行业领军企业”等荣誉。
