Company Introduction | 发行人是一家以零售为导向的多品牌时尚服饰公司,以“让每个人尽享时尚的乐趣”为使命,秉持“活出我的闪耀”的品牌主张,致力于为消费者提供中等价位的优质时尚服饰。根据欧睿(Euromonitor)报告,公司在2015年中国中档休闲服饰市场中总体排名位列第五,市场占有率(按终端零售额计)为3.90%。公司旗下的男女装品牌均衡协同发展。公司在2015年中国女士、男士中档休闲服饰市场中分别位列第八、第五。在整个行业中,同时在女士、男士中档休闲服饰市场中位列前十的企业只有五家,除公司外,其余均为国际知名服饰巨头。 公司实施梯度品牌发展战略。公司品牌组合在年龄、价格上存在梯度,各品牌针对差异化的细分市场,在目标消费群、品牌定位及产品设计等方面相互补充,满足日益细分的消费群体的多元需求。公司已形成了核心品牌、新兴品牌、初创品牌三个不同发展梯度的品牌组合,具备滚动式发展的潜力。 发行人先后获得“第三届中国服装品牌创新大奖”、“第六届中国服饰品牌营销大奖”、“第八届中国服饰品牌价值大奖”、“浙江名牌”、“中国最佳电商服装品牌”、“中国仓储服务金牌企业”和“中国五星级仓库”等荣誉称号。 公司自品牌创立以来始终致力于自主品牌的研发设计,目前已拥有一支高素质、具有国际视野的研发设计团队。截至2016年6月30日,公司设计人员达501人。公司拥有强大研发创新能力,报告期,年均开发超过8,000款色新品投放市场,使公司品牌能推行高频率商品上市节奏,确保零售门店每1至2周上一次新品,保持门店商品的高新鲜度与时尚度。公司采取“直营与加盟为主,代理为辅”相结合的销售模式,2016年上半年公司直营收入(包括线上及线下)占品牌服饰运营主营业务收入比例为66.70%,加盟收入占30.80%,代理销售收入占2.50%。公司对包括加盟店、代理店在内的销售网络实行小区域、网格式的扁平化管理模式,对加盟、代理商的授权细化到市、县的小区域,除个别省市因历史原因外,公司不发展省级总代理和二级代理。 公司采取百货、购物中心、街店、电商相互协调的“四轮驱动”的销售渠道策略。公司门店布局实施“以二、三线城市为重点,一线城市及四线城市并行推广”的策略,现已形成了遍布全国31个省、自治区、直辖市的营销网络。公司一般在省会城市及经济发达的城市开设直营门店,在其他地区采取加盟、代理模式开设门店,直营店与加盟、代理店保持合理比例同步发展。截至2016年6月30日,公司共有门店4017家,其中直营店1072家,加盟店2730家,代理店215家。 公司积极发展电商业务,将线上和线下销售有机结合,2013、2014、2015年和2016年1-6月,公司电商业务实现营业收入分别为31,852.44万元、56,471.25万元、89,139.11万元和45,634.66万元,占公司品牌服饰收入的比例分别为8.64%、11.66%、15.42%和18.65%。2013至2015年年均复合增长率为67.29%。由于公司电商业务持续健康规范发展,公司电商子公司被商务部授予“2013-2014年度电子商务示范企业”。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
