| Company Introduction | 发行人是由德萨集团和张智林、张婷等70位自然人共同发起设立的股份有限公司。设立时，公司股份总数为6,000万股，全部由71位发起人以现金方式认购，注册资本6,000万元。2009年11月26日，公司经杭州市工商行政管理局核准注册登记，并取得了注册号为330100000106724的《企业法人营业执照》。 公司目前具有年产350万套离合器盖总成和440万套离合器从动盘总成的生产能力，拥有国内领先的立体模具库，配备2,500吨大型液压机床、800吨冲床、日本进口整套热处理设备、高精度加工中心以及国家级检测中心，拥有“铁流”和“德萨”两个品牌，产品覆盖轻型、中型及重型载货车、大中型客车、农用机械、工程特种车辆等商用车，以及微型客车、轿车等乘用车系列。发行人生产的离合器产品面向国内外售后服务市场及国内主机配套市场。在售后服务市场上，公司拥有完善的销售网络体系，客户遍布全国各地，同时，发行人在比利时和美国设立了海外销售子公司，产品亦远销美洲、欧洲、亚洲、非洲、中东等三十余个国家和地区；在主机配套市场上，公司已与一汽解放锡柴、云内动力、常柴股份、玉柴集团、厦门金旅、合力股份、杭叉集团等主机厂建立了良好的合作关系。 发行人是国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业，拥有行业内首家被中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）评为国家认可实验室的离合器检测中心和离合器省级企业技术中心。公司曾作为负责起草单位参加2014年发布的汽车行业标准《汽车干摩擦式离合器总成技术条件》（QC/T 25-2014）、《汽车干摩擦式离合器总成台架试验方法》（QC/T 27-2014）的修订工作。公司拥有的“铁流牌”商标被评为中国驰名商标和浙江省著名商标，生产的“铁流牌”汽车离合器被认定为“浙江省名牌产品”。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
