Company Introduction 本公司系根据嵘泰有限截至2018年5月31日经审计的净资产折股，整体变更设立的股份有限公司。公司于2018年8月29日取得江苏省扬州工商行政管理局核发的《营业执照》。根据中汇会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）出具的《验资报告》（中汇会验[2018]第4100号），公司设立时的注册资本为11,088.00万元。 公司主要从事汽车铝合金精密压铸件的研发、生产及销售，主要产品为通过压铸和精密机加工工艺生产的铝合金汽车零部件，主要应用于汽车转向系统、传动系统、制动系统等领域。 公司是江苏省科学技术委员会、江苏省财政厅、国税局、地税局联合认定的高新技术企业，截至2020年6月30日，公司拥有专利81项，其中发明专利3项，实用新型专利78项；公司是国内领先的汽车精密压铸件生产企业之一。凭借持续的技术开发、严格的质量控制、精细的生产工艺和有效的经营管理，公司与博世（BOSCH）、采埃孚（ZF）、蒂森克虏伯（TK）、威伯科（WABCO）、博格华纳（BORGWARNER）、上汽大众等多家知名跨国汽车零部件供应商及整车厂商建立了稳定的合作关系。2017年至2020年1-6月，公司分别实现营业收入68,225.12万元、88,014.37万元、99,087.22万元及38,574.88万元，归属于母公司股东的净利润分别9,383.03万元、11,593.20万元、15,829.94万元及6,377.31万元，报告期公司经营业绩良好。未来公司将进一步依托技术、工艺、质量及客户渠道等综合优势，专注于汽车精密压铸件的研发、生产和销售，致力于汽车精密压铸件领域的深度研发及产业化。
