Company Introduction 公司前身为上海概伦电子有限公司（以下简称“概伦有限”），王慧明、温澄璧和王骏于2010年3月18日共同出资设立，其设立时注册资本为100.00万元。其中，温澄璧认缴39.1116万元、占注册资本的39.11%，王骏认缴35.6774万元，占注册资本的35.68%，王慧明认缴25.2110万元、占注册资本的25.21%，出资方式均为货币。上述出资已于2010年3月3日经山东天元同泰会计师事务所有限公司鲁天元同泰验字[2010]第1049号验资报告验证。公司于2010年3月18日领取了济南市工商行政管理局核发的工商登记注册号为370127200033084的企业法人营业执照。公司于2020年7月29日取得上海市市场监督管理局出具的《准予变更登记通知书》，同意其公司名称变更为“上海概伦电子有限公司”。2020年10月，概伦有限召开股东会，同意了整体变更设立为股份有限公司的决议。根据发起人协议及公司章程，上海概伦电子有限公司整体变更为上海概伦电子股份有限公司。公司于2020年11月11日办理了工商登记手续，并领取了统一社会信用代码为91370100697494679X的营业执照。 概伦电子作为大规模高精度集成电路仿真、高端半导体器件建模、半导体参数测试解决方案的厂商，致力于推动先进工艺开发和高端芯片设计的深度联动，提升产业竞争力。 概伦电子是本土具有国际竞争力的EDA企业，公司由行业资深团队于2010年成立，目前公司在上海、济南、北京、硅谷和首尔设有办公地点，销售网络遍布全球，客户群体覆盖了众多国际知名的集成电路设计与制造公司。 公司技术实力扎实，积累深厚，拥有众多全自主知识产权的EDA技术和产品，致力打造存储器设计全流程EDA，实现DTCO（设计工艺协同优化）真正落地的从数据到仿真的创新EDA解决方案。 公司于2019年底并购北京博达微科技，并于2020年初完成由兴橙资本和Intel资本共同领投的A轮融资。
