Company Introduction 公司主营业务为风力发电设备设计、研发、制造和销售以及后市场配套服务。公司是国家清洁能源骨干企业，是中国领先的风电整机制造商与服务商，也是中国最大的海上风电整机制造商与服务商。公司以“致力于创造有未来的能源”为使命，推动风电成为重要的未来能源，以“成为全球领先的风电全生命周期服务商”为目标，为用户创造更大的价值。 公司经过多年发展与积累，成功走出一条产品许可、二次开发、战略合作与自主研发齐头并进的产品技术路线；成功开拓出一条智能化助推风电进化、数字化赋能风电未来的发展路径。 目前，公司已经具备国内领先的风电整机设计与制造能力，产品基本实现了全功率覆盖和全场景覆盖。在陆上产品方面，公司已经成为国内先进的陆上风电整机制造商与服务商；在海上产品方面，公司掌握了先进的海上风电研发、供应链管理、制造和运维能力，并通过与西门子公司签署“技术许可和协助协议（TLAA）”引进了西门子多款具有国际先进水平的技术许可机型产品，并在此产品平台基础上，通过使用拥有自主知识产权的“核心组件”（叶片、控制系统软件），设计、开发并向市场推出了针对中国不同气候、地理和风况环境特点的二次开发机型产品，提高了风电机组的环境适应性和发电收益，树立了国内海上风电整机领域的龙头地位。 公司产品覆盖1.25MW到8MW全系列风电机组，基本实现了全功率覆盖。产品按应用场景主要可分为陆上风电机组与海上风电机组。其中，报告期内形成销售收入的陆上风电机组主要包括2.X系列、3.X系列、4.0MW（陆上）；海上风电机组主要包括4.X系列、6.X系列、7.X系列。同时，公司也在陆上4.X系列、5.X系列与海上5.X系列、8.0MW系列进行积极的产品研发与布局。 除风力发电机组整机设计技术外，公司还具备了以叶片技术、控制技术等为代表的风机核心技术研发能力，在关键部件、关键技术上形成了可靠的技术研发能力与优势。公司注重“风机场网环数”——即风资源、风机整机、风电场设计、电网友好性、环境友好性和数字化技术——全面发展。
