Company Introduction 公司系国内半导体分立器件细分行业的专业供应商，及电子器件封测行业的优质制造商。目前的主营业务为各类二极管、三极管、桥式整流器等半导体分立器件的研发设计、芯片制造、封装测试、销售及技术服务。公司产品已广泛应用于家用电器、电源及充电器、绿色照明、网络与通信、汽车电子、智能电表及仪器等领域。 自2010年起，公司持续被认定为高新技术企业，建有“江苏省认定企业技术中心”、“江苏省半导体分立器件芯片与封装工程技术研究中心”、“江苏省片式半导体分立器件工程技术研究中心”。2016年、2017年被中国半导体行业协会评定为“中国半导体功率器件十强企业”。截至目前，公司拥有有效专利162项，其中发明专利20项。 公司将秉承诚实守信，拼搏创新，精益求精，合作共赢的企业精神，致力于成为半导体分立器件行业的领先企业，努力为客户创造价值，为员工提供平台，为股东实现回报，为社会做出贡献。
