| Company Introduction | 贵州振华新材料股份有限公司（原深圳市振华新材料股份有限公司）成立于2004年4月， 控股股东为中国振华电子集团有限公司，是中国电子信息产业集团有限公司 （CEC）旗下唯一一家专业从事锂离子电池材料研发、生产及销售的企业。公司主要产品为钴酸锂、复合三元、动力三元及高锰多晶系列材料，目前已建成年产3万吨正极材料生产线，产能规模位居国内同行前列。 公司始终立足于自主创新，致力于打造自己的研发团队，经过近二十年的不懈努力，成功开发了材料的湿法合成工艺、类球型一次颗粒大单晶动力三元材料的合成技术、材料表面游离锂控制技术、颗粒形貌控制技术等关键工艺和技术，显著改善三元材料的循环性能和安全性能，提升了电池可靠性。 公司在行业内首先研发并批量生产销售的一次颗粒大单晶三元正极材料，在改善材料的结构稳定性方面提出了全新的技术思路和方向，逐步开发完成系列的材料体系并全部实现产业化；同时，在此基础上，进一步改善了材料的动力学性能，使得三元材料的高电压稳定性、高温稳定性、循环寿命、安全性能、倍率性能、直流内阻（电池体系）等指标能基本满足电动汽车动力电池的要求，并成为国内动力电池的主流材料。 依托十余年自主研发积累的核心技术及生产工艺，目前已获28项国内及国际发明专利授权（其中国内发明专利14项、国外发明专利14项），同时还有18项国内外发明专利、1项实用新型处于审查或公开阶段，并广泛应用在公司的产品中。其中，“多晶钴镍锰三元正极材料及其制备方法、二次锂离子电池”（中国发明专利号：ZL200910110132.9）荣获中国专利优秀奖。 公司积极响应国家扶贫攻坚战略，于2017年1月在贵州省黔西南州投资设立贵州振华义龙新材料有限公司，公司所在地位于贵州省黔西南州安龙县新桥镇，安龙县系国家级贫困县。随着义龙一期、二期项目的建成投产，预计将带动安龙县贫困群众就业1100余人，可增加就业劳动收入5000万元以上，有效助力安龙县脱贫攻坚。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
