Company Introduction 长电科技是全球领先的集成电路制造和技术服务提供商，提供全方位的芯片成品制造一站式服务，包括集成电路的系统集成、设计仿真、技术开发、产品认证、晶圆中测、晶圆级中道封装测试、系统级封装测试、芯片成品测试并可向世界各地的半导体客户提供直运服务。公司在中国、韩国及新加坡拥有两大研发中心和六大集成电路成品生产基地，业务机构分布于世界各地，可与全球客户进行紧密的技术合作并提供高效的产业链支持。 通过高集成度的晶圆级WLP、2.5D/3D、系统级（SiP）封装技术和高性能的FlipChip和引线互联封装技术，长电科技的产品、服务和技术涵盖了主流集成电路系统应用，包括网络通讯、移动终端、高性能计算、汽车电子、大数据存储、人工智能与物联网、工业智造等领域。 最近几年公司加速从消费类向市场需求快速增长的汽车电子、5G通信、高性能计算、存储等高附加值市场的战略布局，持续聚焦高性能封装技术高附加值应用，进一步提升核心竞争力。公司2023年上半年度营业收入按市场应用领域划分情况：通讯电子占比35.4%、消费电子占比26.1%、运算电子占比16.4%、工业及医疗电子占比11.5%、汽车电子占比10.5%，与去年同期相比消费电子下降5.2个百分点，运算电子下降2个百分点，通讯电子下降1.3个百分点，汽车电子增长6.9个百分点，工业及医疗电子增长1.4个百分点。 公司主要经营模式为根据客户订单及需求，按为客户定制的个性化标准或行业标准提供专业和系统的集成电路成品生产制造、测试以及全方位的端到端的一站式解决方案。报告期内，公司的经营模式未发生变化。
