Company Introduction 1996年4月28日，浙江华电与杭州华能签署《股东协议书》，约定共同出资设立浙江南华，浙江华电和杭州华能分别以货币形式认缴出资550万元和450万元，各占出资比例的55%和45%，并于同日签署《公司章程》。1996年5月28日，浙江南华在中华人民共和国国家工商行政管理局登记注册，取得《企业法人营业执照》。 2012年10月11日，天健所出具《验资报告》（天健验[2012]329号）审验，截至2012年9月28日止，全体股东以其拥有的南华有限截至2012年6月30日净资产人民币805,323,581.93元出资，其中，人民币450,000,000元作为注册资本，人民币355,323,581.93元作为资本公积（股本溢价）。2012年10月12日，南华期货召开创立大会。2012 年10 月18 日，浙江省工商局核准了股份公司的整体变更设立登记，并换发了《企业法人营业执照》，统一社会信用代码为91330000100023242A。 经中国证监会批准，本公司从事的主要业务为：商品期货经纪、金融期货经纪、期货投资咨询、资产管理、证券投资基金代销。 报告期内，本公司全资子公司南华资本及其子公司主要开展的业务为场外衍生品业务、基差贸易及做市业务等。 南华期货于香港设有全资子公司横华国际的主要业务为股权投资管理、资本运营。截至2019年6月30日，横华国际旗下设有横华国际期货、横华国际资产、横华国际外汇、横华国际证券、横华国际科技商贸、横华国际财富管理、横华国际资本、NanhuaFund、NANHUAUSAHOLDING、NANHUAUSA、CII、NANHUAUSAINVESTMENT、HGNHSINGAPORE、中国衍生品、NANHUAUK、HGNH（SG），同时参股NANHUABUCKINGHAM，涵盖期货经纪业务、资产管理业务、证券经纪、杠杆式外汇交易、期货投资咨询业务、大宗商品贸易、放贷业务、金融培训、证券投资咨询业务等多个领域。
