Company Introduction 科华控股股份有限公司创建于2002年，专业生产汽车涡轮增压器零部件、工程机械配件、液压泵阀以及新能源汽车零部件，目前已成为全球知名的汽车涡轮增压器零部件细分行业头部企业。2018年1月5日，公司在上海证券交易所主板上市，股票代码603161。 凭借多年来积累的技术和管理经验，公司现已与世界500强的关键客户如盖瑞特、博格华纳、三菱重工、GKN、长城汽车等建立了全球供应链的战略合作关系，产品大量出口国际市场，并被广泛应用于几乎所有国内外知名汽车品牌。 公司建有江苏省博士后创新实践基地，以及江苏省（科华）涡轮增压器部件工程技术研究中心、江苏省企业技术中心、江苏省工业设计中心、常州市工程研究中心等科研平台。依托上述平台，公司与多所高校、科研单位建立了产学研合作基地，利用校企双方优势，有效提升了技术研发的水平和绩效。 公司拥有国内一流的FCMX、DISA、ACE智能化铸造生产流水线、耐热钢铸件负压生产流水线和高端数控车床与加工中心组成的加工流水线以及国际先进水平的检测、试验设备。公司先后通过了ISO9001、IATF16949、环境、职业健康安全、能源、两化融合、知识产权等管理体系认证，具有完备、可靠的体系保证。 公司被认定为国家高新技术企业、国家绿色工厂、中国铸造行业综合百强企业、中国铸造行业汽车铸件分行业排头兵企业、中国绿色铸造示范企业、中国优秀民营科技企业；江苏省智能工厂、江苏省工业互联网标杆工厂、江苏省示范智能车间、江苏省五星上云企业、江苏省放心消费创建示范单位、江苏省两化融合贯标重点培育企业、江苏省产教融合试点企业、江苏省重点培育的知名品牌、江苏省质量信用AA级企业；常州市服务型制造企业、常州市守合同重信用企业等，于2018年获评溧阳市市长质量奖，2019年获评常州市质量管理先进单位，2020年获评常州市市长质量奖。 未来，科华控股将按照溧阳市发展四大经济，争创五个示范的新思想，紧跟常州市打造“新能源之都”的新方向，以“技术创新、绿色铸造、智能制造”为核心，以“创造价值、泽济社会”为价值观，以成为“高效节能发动机零部件的标杆企业”为终极目标，致力于创建两化融合新生态，为促进工业高质量发展贡献力量。
